I like that we were able to see the clean results as soon as our rug/tile was dry. The labor time was sufficient. Most importantly, we were pleased with our tech Ricky.
Ricky completed our service. He arrived on time, came in to introduce himself and ensure he understood what we wanted cleaned. He was friendly, skilled, and professional. We are happy with the results.

The hallway, stairs and area rug came very clean but the drying time is longer than 4-6 hours. We had them cleaned yesterday morning and some parts are still lighty wet.
Ricky was very knowledgeable and I am pretty sure we will have you back to clean some more carpets.

The product and service was great!!! Steve, the gentleman that came to clean my carpet and furniture was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He called me to let me know he was on his way, and was right on time. He started cleaning right away and didn’t stop for three hours, until everything was done. I could see right away the difference in my carpet and furniture when he was done. Very satisfied with the job done and will use them again. Will also tell my family, friends and neighbors about how good Zerorez is.

Your tech left my home with my floors wet and soiled, cleaned upholstery and left a mess on the floors, used booties, but kept going in and out of the house to his truck with them on his shoes, and walks back into the house, don’t use guards to protect baseboards and corners… terrible experience, I will never use your company ever…. A person called to see if she can rectify the problem, I declined as I don’t want your company in my home again!
