zero residue
My tech was polite and nice, however I was not informed that the 1-2 inch areas around the baseboards of the carpet would cost more to clean, and therefore those areas were not done. When I called two days later to let Zerorez know that I was not happy with the fact that the area was not cleaned, I was informed, rudely I might add, that that area was consider a dust collection area and that to clean it would take a special treatment. I told him I was not told that, that I expected it to be cleaned, as I consider it part of cleaning the carpet. When I asked again if it would be extra, he said "that is what I just told you". When I asked how much it would cost, he informed me that it would be determined when they came back. My husband and I got on our hands and knees and have cleaned the area with a ChemDry solution. I am very disappointed that cleaning the 1-2 inch area by the baseboard is not part of Zerorez's general carpet cleaning process, and I believe for the price I paid to get my carpets cleaned, I should have gotten the whole carpet cleaned. I will add that all 3 rooms were cleared by us of all furniture. Zerorez cab make things right by cleaning the areas at no extra cost, & in the future make sure that customers are made aware that this cleaning is extra.

Roy was very professional and since I just moved into this house with the two rooms of carpet,my last house was completely tile ,I had no experience with carpet cleaning companies. was very satisfied and my carpets look great.
Maybe take a little more time to get the old residue out of the carpet since that is what you seem to advertise on tv but overall carpet seem better and fluffier then prevouis trys and techinician was very professional.
I would like to have an appointment time that is less than a two hour window. The actual cleaning only took 20 minutes, but my time was tied up for 2 1/2 hours.

They REALLY take the stains out!!
First of all, we like Roy Lewis because he's very thorough, plesant and on time, which is why we ask for him specifically.
We like that the Zerorez method works(spots/stains do NOT come back). We have referred numerous friends to Zerorez.
I first heard of Zerorez from our neighbors in MN. They were very happy as they had small children and wanted "no chemicals". After moving to NV and living in our home for 1 1/2 yrs. our kitty developed allergies...she started throwing up..... with the help of our new vet this has been corrected..But we were left with spots in the carpeted areas. Andrew, and Danny were terrific!! They completed their first job, and was able to get us in sooner..... The carpets look great!! Danny, and Andrew were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Friendly efficient service from Brandon. I like that there is no odor to the product, and it worked on some very tough stains.

You charged too much, did too much of a rush job, and it took much longer than you said for the carpet to dry.

I didn't think there was much hope for my heavily trafficked once white carpet, but after Joe from Zerorez cleaned it, it is white again and feels great. Our stamped concrete floor was also cleaned and it lightened up considerably. The whole house looks incredible!

Had to wait 3 days for a manager to get back to me to call me on my concerns.
When the job was done,which took the technician about 20 minutes,we took a towel and wiped the carpet and it was dirty. Would not recommend your company to anyone!!!
