I like the way our carpets look and feel with your products, it does not take all day to dry, and they seem to stay stain free longer. Your service Tec Jan has been very very helpful and is very knowledgeable, I appreciate that Zerorez is flexible in its scheduling and makes it easy for me to request who I want to come back to my home to clean our carpets.

The technician that came said before e started cleaning that his black light had broken and couldn't look for pet stains (the house we bought had pets living there before). He went ahead and cleaned the carpets and in one bedroom the smell was so bad after he was done he said there must have been a lot of stains that we couldn't see but maybe could have with a black light. We paid $340 to have all the carpets cleaned and are now ripping them out and getting new ones because the smell was so bad. I know it is not his fault, he didn't know before. I just wish he could have seen them so we might have not spent the money in that room to have them cleaned.
One technician, respectful of owner's home, no left behind shampoos in carpet, fresher smell, more even finished carpet appearance.

Person was professional and well mannered. The process left lots of white streaks everywhere. I did not walk on it for 7 hours and it was still damp in spots. Unfortunately the traffic patterns did not clean well. I don't know if they were treated for extra dirt or not. Perhaps more time could have been spent to assure it was really clean.

After 1 hour with the Zerorez technician my carpet looks as good as the day it was installed! There is no 'fragrance' which is phenomenal for all of the allergic creatures in this household. Brett, the technician, was efficient, informative and very polite. Zerorez is every bit as good as they advertise.
The Tech was very Friendly and explained what needed to be done . My whole family has used your company and I will not have anyone else do my carpet but Zerorez.
Andrew was the technican that came to our home to clean our carpets. He was extremely professional and very friendly. We asked him alot of questions and he was very gracious in answering all our questions. I knew he was very busy and probably had other jobs after he came to our house but he not once showed that he was annoyed by our questions and explained every detail. We plan on using Zerorez in the future because our carpets look brand new even though our carpets are 14 years old. Your company should be commended by hiring wonderfully professional that really knew what he was doing. He even took time to play with our little dog. Next time we have our carpets cleaned we're diffenently using Zerorez and asking specifically for Andrew. Job very well done. Thank you

Water everywhere!!! It would be nice to not have puddles on tile next to carpeted areas. Also, the technician said it would take 4 hours to dry and it took about 40 hours to completely dry (and that is with windows opened & air conditioning turned off). It was VERY wet and I feel the water could have been suctioned up more. The technician was nice, but very fast. Also, the stains came right back the next day. My husband wants me to ask for our money back (since he has heard the commercials). I would like to see if another technician could get the stains out permanently. I know that the carpet was very bad and it would be a miracle if your company can get it clean, but let me know if you want another try!
