The service in always extremely polite the only draw back is I feel it's a little pricey!
Technician was very efficient
The carpet we have probably needs To be replaced. We just moved in and thought we could salvage it and have it cleaned. Its better than it was but still worn looking.
Not only was the service next day, as I had an emergency, the technician was completely respectful, courteous and highly efficient. Bottom line, I WILL NEVER use another carpet cleaning service again, simply the best.
The service man showed up on time and performed the services in a timely and professional manner.

Today marks the "THIRD" visit to remove the residue from my carpet...??? Zerorez...??? I haven't seen it yet, (at work now, and eldest daughter had to come over), as that I spent my last two days off at home for the other two visits... Last night my daughter came home at 9:30pm, and noticed a white stain to the entry of her bedroom that wasn't there before Zerorez's first visit... Waiting on call from owner regarding that... Price add is $99 for three rooms, but I paid $266 + tip for stairs at $5 a pop, hallway, and "traffic areas" in three rooms... No furniture was moved, (which I was fine with), but thought that's a little expensive... Plus they did five chairs, and missed the sixth one...???

to see the carpets (2 rooms were cleaned).

My first service was excellent, but this time we have noticed some discolorations in the carpet. We opted for the Teflon this time around, which we didn't have the first time. Maybe that's the difference.

We (my wife and I) have used Zerorez twice now... we purchased an older (1990) home here in Boulder City, last year. it was a Model Home, with the original white carpet. I realize some of the stains are set for life and will never come out, but until such time as we can save enough money to replace all the carpet, we have to make it last. having said that...
Both my wife and I thought the first gentleman that came out, was much better at cleaning the carpet. He pre-treated all the stains, even the ones we knew were set for life, then he took the time to at least try to work all stains out, the second didn't, he sprayed the entire carpet and went right to work... he was in and out in half the time the first gentleman. Several fresh dog stains remained that I firmly believe the first guy would have gotten out.
Would I have you back? Yes, but was I as pleased with the second visit? No, not as much as the first.

Not sure if this can be changed..took over 24 hours for the carpet to dry. If this is normal would like to have known beforehand. Tech indicated 6 to 8 hours max.
