Brought camper in for repair. Was told it would take a week. When I called to check on status Mike in the service department stated it wouldn’t be ready for another week or more that they were overloaded with work. I said that we had camping reservations and he laughed and said I thought you were done for the season. When I said we need our camper he hung up on me.
Mike also tried to tell me that the repairs would not be covered under the Warranty Forever, which it was. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with Mike. We replaced two scissor jacks that should have been covered, but I paid out of pocket.
There are other ways to deal with customers than hanging up on them and he needs to take some form of training.
Rob the Forman of the service department was fantastic and can’t say enough about him.
The reason we bought from Alpin Haus was because I heard they had a great reputation......I’d have to think twice before recommending them to friends and family.
Dan was our guy to show us all the workings of our new Solitude 2930RL and was very thorough with everything. He gave us the time we needed and answered all our questions.
Everyone there from the sales guy Nick to the manager Keith was also good. I believe that if we happen to need special service on our RV, they will be as good as they weere during our initial process.

Your service department did a terrible repair after telling me they would replace the full panel on a brand new RV they slice the panel cut out a section. Service manager agreed that was not appropriate I’ve left four messages with no return call. Not a very good customer service experience after the sale. This would affect my recommending you to further friends to purchase from your dealership
Alpin Haus has been really good to deal with regarding Storage and repair, The Sales people at Port Jervis have been great as well.
We just bought our RV. Steve our salesman has been wonderful!! We want to see how things go with your service department as the battery not holding a charge. We are storing it there as well. If all goes well then I would recommend to friends and family definitely.

Brought out motorhome to your Amsterdam location for winterization and a warranty inspection. Both handled very efficiently and Victor (service department) advised me on how to upload my inspection document. Very pleased with your service and so happy we purchased from Alpin Haus.
This is the first experience I have had with Alpin Haus. The sales person Charles Weitz was great. He was very responsive to my calls, text messages, and emails; addressed all my questions and concerns promptly throughout the process; and also made helpful suggestions. Charles showed me that he was very knowledgable about the trailer (Rpod 180 then ultimately 171), confident in the quality of the product and the service your dealership offers, that it would be a good fit for what I was looking for, and that he wanted to make sure I am happy with the purchase. The tech person Lance was also great - he was very patient and explained lots of details clearly during the training session. Everyone at your dealership was friendly and helpful, Jake, Jim, the gentleman at the store (who explained to us the different options of surge protector and also generators), and the receptionist. A really great experience.
The exterior wash/cleaning missed a lot of bugs on the front. It was very noticeable in the direct sunlight when I got it into storage. Pretty disappointing.
