I honestly do not think my hot water tank was bad. I know i winterized the rv correctly. The tank did not leak until the tech went to de winterize my rv. And being charged over $200 to turn on a breaker.
Everyone there was very helpful.
Service department, specifically Rusty, worked diligently to make sure my service issues were corrected and completed in a timely fashion. Professional, friendly and courteous.
Only service provider in area that would service under warranty even if we didn't purchase from them. They have a customer for life now - the rest of the nirthern NJ RV dealers/service providers have lost out.
Great people, quick service.
Great service department,
Good communication
My wife, and myself would like to thank the whole staff Adam our salesman Matt who handled the Financials, and Ed who did our walk through. Everyone there treated us like family. Thanks for all your hard work that made our purchase possible. Sincerely: Ken,Glo,and Kasandra Norris
Quality work and very professional
Every person working there has been very patient, kind friendly, and understanding.
We brought our trailer to the orange county Alpin Haus for repairs. We told them we had an extended warranty and gave them the info regarding same as requested. They acted as if it would be covered, never telling us diagnostics were not covered! When we picked it up, we were handed a bill for $58 and change. The next day, we were charged an additional $367. When i called, they said we signed the authorization when we dropped it off. We explained that we were never told the warranty wouldn't cover this and they are saying they knew this when we picked it up.
Funny thing is when i asked them what the name of our warranty company was, they had no idea, even though "they called and it wasn't covered". They are very unprofessional. Also, I had to call 5 times to get someone to talk to me!!
Finally, a corporate rep called and was nit concerned at all with us being blindsided by charges instead of having them explained to us. He asked me do I want him to look into it? Really, I was floored he would need me to ask for him to address it.
Overall a fantastic experience. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The small concern we had was taken care of quickly. We looked all over for a new camper - Alpin Haus was the only place that had exactly what we needed at the right price. Thank you!
In only 1 day later your service rep located and had installed a new air conditioner on our camper under the forever warranty and it didn't cost us a cent and it works fantastic. I just wish I could forget a time from last year when someone from your dealer said the kitchen sink faucet of my camper was not covered by the forever warranty so I had to replace it by myself but earlier this year someone else said it was covered.
There was a required $999 fee that was for prepping the camper including a detail clean. The inside of the camper was NOT detailed cleaned by any means. There were cobwebs, dust, and dirt inside. The basic cleaning that was done IF ANY should have been done as part of the process but was absolutely not worth paying an additional fee for. I would say the camper was in the exact same state that it was when we came to look at it prior to purchase. As a note it was not mentioned during the walk thru because we needed to take the camper that day and there was no time for any additional cleaning. And we made it very clear during the purchase process we intended to take it that day and confirmed that was plenty of time for the cleaning and processing prior. We were otherwise happy with the camper and the experience
I was a victim of bait and switch when I bout my camper. The camper that was delivered was not the one I had looked at and negotiated for. Since I've had the camper a number of appliances did not work and service has been terrible.
just fantastic people overall
Just very easy to work with and get things done. Customer-centric is a great way to describe.
Calls made and hardly returned . Repairs not corrected . Requested emails on time and dates of services done not completed ! Slide out tippers out in wrong , adjust made with new “arms” and water still pools on top .
Still waiting after I placed a call on June 25 with pictures of slide out toppers with water !
I have phone records of the numerous times I called and some recordings .
The process starts with a great customer service rep (Kim) and continues with prompt, qualified, friendly, and great technical support (lead by Chris) and his assistant (forgot his name).
Your staff!
Great customer service !
Quick service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff
They cut the wires to my awning lights and can't get a answer on what there going to do.
We drove 3 hrs for a service appt and one of the repairs could not be done because the wrong part had been sent. It would have been really helpful for the parts to be checked before our appt.
First let's start with Kim, manager of the customer service center. She was very helpful in explaining the process, to me, for having the work I was requesting to have done on my RV. Thanks Kim.
Next a high five to Kris, the technician who came out to my site with CJ. He was and is very knowledgeable and friendly in explaining what he was going to do for me.
Thank you all.
We are returning customers and have always received great customer service on our airstream. They keep us informed of any issues and get our camper in and out quickly so we have more time to enjoy it.
I appreciate the help in the service department specially Theresa
Outstanding service and personalized attention.
Would have liked to have had my sink replaced, due to it happened during the winter because of the cold. Was told it was damaged. How would I damage it doing dishes. Hopefully this ac that you put in last more than 1 summer, camper is 2 years old and has had ac replaced twice.

Very nice to work with
