Very good with fixing our camper after an accident courtesy with the sales manager
Your most valuable employee, in my mind, is Dave Behuniak. I cannot over state what great customer service he has delivered on our Keystone Cougar 22MLS. If you go to Alpin Haus and need service, Dave is your guy.
The service people were very helpful and spent a lot of time going through my systems to find any problems that were affecting the function of my refrigerator. I believe that your prices are high, so I would recommend your service with that caveat. It’s difficult to find an RV place that will service older motorhomes, so I am grateful that your staff was willing to do this work for me.
Great service
Paying $900 for a walk through with someone who couldn't answer our questions did not make my husband happy. It was fixed when I asked our salesman Jacob who was excellent to get someone who could answer questions and the head mechanic came out and took the time to answer all my husband's questions.
The service department has improved over the last year. Continue to improve the service area.
Appointment was for annual Forever Warranty, water heater issue and jack issue.
Was told initially that my Forever Warranty wouldn’t cover hot water element nor tongue jack because I hadn’t filed paperwork in time. After explaining to rep how it worked, he agreed element was covered but not jack as it was bent.
Was told jack would eventually need replacing but was fine now. Jack stopped working when we hooked up to truck. Then found out that we were charged labor for troubleshooting jack. Fin within water heater area was bent not allowing cover to fit proper. To make amends was told jack would be sold to us at cost. Was charged $25 more than Amazon would have cost me.
From the time that I started dealing with Alpin Haus customer service in mid August for repairs to my RV everyone I talked to was very professional and knowledgeable about the repairs that I needed. After determining what parts were needed and ordering them an appointment was made well in advance to insure the arrival of the parts and I was kept informed of the status.
When time came for the appointment I was told that we could spend the night in the lot in our RV so that they could start repairs right away. Being 2500 miles from home this made it easier than having to worry about where to stay and getting there in time! All repairs were completed in 1 day with excellent workmanship and our unit was returned to us with no complaints or issues whatsoever!! Hats off to the Amsterdam Alpin Haus Team!!

Your facility is beautiful and welcoming. Every single staff person we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. People seemed happy and enjoyed working there which makes it so much nicer to be around. No pressure whatsoever to purchase anything. We got an offer to buy the same unit at another dealership for less than what you could offer, and we turned that one down because we wanted to be part of the Alpin Haus "family". We couldn't be happier with the decision!
Very friendly and helpful service department staff. All my repairs have been completed in a very timely manner. All warranty claims were completed by the service department. Highly recommended.

I bought my rv in for an inspection and the only problem was flashers. The problem is likely a corroded contract on one rear light and instead of fixing that you failed it which i think is rediculious for a company that sells and fixes rv s very disappointed. I will not come back and won't recommend you to my rv friend. Very sad about this

Had a lot of little things that have needed fixing on our coach, and then the full-wall slide started acting up. Alpin Haus got everything fixed up for our trip!
I like the fact that I’m dealing with people I recognize and who recognize me. RVs are complicated and there are judgment calls required in many aspects of their service and maintenance so connecting with people counts.
The dealership offered an adequate inventory of travel trailers to choose from.
Our salesman, Michael Panarella did a great job of listening to our choices for our next RV. He showed us products that were appropriate for our budget and the features that we wanted.
Also, Keith, in the finance office did a very thorough job when presenting aftermarket products and reviewing our documents.
Last, but certainly not least, Dan from the service department did an excellent job, delivering our new RV, reviewing features and benefits.
