Everyone has been super-helpful and friendly, the salespeople, the finance guy, the service department. The only glitches we've hit have to do with the quality of the product/camper and the supply chain. We've been waiting too long to have our warrantee repairs done due to the lengthy process.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Worked with us on a trade in that I was happy with. Had the camper we were looking for.
Easy to schedule regular motorhome services. Dave B. In service dept. is very friendly and helpful. He greeted me with a smile and remembered me from previous visit. Service was completed on time as promised.
On day one I was told that the RV had a 60 day warranty. I said like a used car dealer 90 day manager stated it only 60days. When I came back a few days later they said there was no 60 day warranty . Next we paid $1000 prep fee which the unit was to be cleaned and checked over. From what I saw all that was done was a quick rinse, The roof had caked on filth, the awning had some sort of green staining on the underside, the rubber bulb seal on top of the slide was detached and jammed up on the front corner allowing water to seep in from a rain storm. At this point I dont know or believe anything was checked by a qualified person. I'm not a very picky person but this is just blatant behavoir that needs to be addressed.

While I’ve had some issues with the grand design 5th wheel we purchased, the Alphin houses service department has been fantastic in its support to fix all our issues. Mr. Jim Nolan does a great job in taking care of the customers and his shop supervisor Rob Vandermimden is probably the best technician I’ve dealt with since I’ve owned a camper. This service department deserves a five star rating. I have nothing but praise for them.
The Sales Staff, especially Steve F., are outstanding.

Well, Steve quill could not be a better salesman. Ever when you come up to Amsterdam? It's a very warm feeling you get the feeling of camping. While seeing the campers in the showroom and very friendly people period it makes you feel well don't and I would recommend others to go there. And needless to say I live fifteen minutes away from the new middletown But we choose to come to Amsterdam As we always get a warm welcome there

Theresa Pingitore consistently communicated with me throughout the process. She was honest and transparent, whether the news was good or bad. She made the repair experience incredibly smooth, and I truly appreciated all of her help.
Service department is definitely outstanding! From scheduling services to the technicians that come out. Every one of them is on the ball and follow through to make sure the problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied.

I made an appointment 3 months in advance to open my trailer. The day finally arrived, I was all ready to move in for the season and no one showed up. I called alpin haus and was told they had a problem with their trucks and had to reschedule for 12 days later. This was not acceptable. I was told someone would be there at 8am. I called at 10:30 and got the bad news. Why didn't someone call me?????? Terrible planning by the service department.

They go above and beyond what is asked of them. The mechanic was very thuro and made several suggestions to take care of as part of preventive maintenance

The service department at this dealership has always been prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say that about many others.
Cracked my propane cylinder cover. I was told Keystone does not manufacture them anymore and offered 40 dollars for compensation. what am I supposed to do when crack opens up? The inspector refused to pass my trailer because of "cracks" in the tires. I don't see them and my tires have maintained the same pressure since May of 2024. I was told the grease in the axle needs to be changed. WHAT DO I PAY FOR EVERY YEAR! THE LIFETIME WARRANTY IS JUST A GIMIC TO KEEP US COMING BACK! So far the only thing covered was my water pump!
Our routine dewinterization turned into more when the slide would cooperate. They were speedy with diagnostics and also getting warranty approval and installation, all in time to make our camping plans!! Thank you to everyone that helped along the way from financing to reception to the techs.

You can’t make things right anymore. so many things about your business is awful. I would absolutely never do business with your company ever again and never recommend your business to any friends or relatives.

I’ve been calling for a few days with no response. I have been told that we are waiting on the parts person to price out our work and send to the warranty people. This has been going on for at least two weeks and we are not that happy about it.
