You road service is very expensive. Although your service techs are excellent, it is hard to schedule appointments, or get anyone on the phone and, as I said, your service is very expensive.
Service on our brand new cougar was fast and the staff and technicians were excellent. We only used our 2025 camper 2 times and had problems with it.
From the welcome in to meeting with the knowledgeable salesman made it comfortable doing business with this dealer. Our finance manager did a great job and the service tech for our walk through was very thorough! It was a great experience all around.
Great camper and great prices
Was talked into purchasing the warranty forever by the salesman. Had the camper inspected every year to meet the warranty requirement. Now have problem with the roof and Kim is telling me it’s not covered by the warranty forever because it needed to be inspected TWICE A YEAR. The sale rep nor any of the service people the inspected the RV NEVER MENTIONED TO HAVE IT INSPECTED TWICE A YEAR!!
I feel that your organization is running a scam when it comes to this warranty forever.

Wow!! What an outstanding experience. Going through the sales cycle with Mike Pritchard was effortless. He wasn't pushy and listened to our needs and matched the proper unit. Even after the sale was completed, he followed up during the demo period to see if we needed anything. He is definitely an asset to the Alpin Haus Team. Working with James Bearcroft to finance the unit was perfect. He explained all financial aspects of this transaction with ease. We never felt pressured, and all our question were answered with precision. The finance portion was effortless. John Driessen demoed the unit. He went over all aspects of our new Solitude and was very attentive to our questions. John stayed with us during the entire process and engaged the service engineer when certain items needed attention. John also is making all arrangements with the service department regarding any outstanding items.
I want to give a THANKS YOU to the entire Alpin Haus Team for making this significant purchase effortless and pleasurable. We give your team an A+ for this experience.
We found the camper we liked but noticed water filter housing was broken and laying in storage compartment. Decided to purchase camper but asked to have filter replaced and water run through system and rewinterized. They agreed to do the work. First camping trip hooked water up and noticed water leaks from fittings and the water filter they just installed. Ruined our first trip. Brought camper up to have issues fixed which they did. They said we would be happy with what they were going to do for us. They comped the work and parts and that was it. If they had done what they said in the beginning never would have had an issue so feel it should be on them anyways. Now they want to give us a $100 gift certificate to the store. Big whoop. Doesn't even cover the fuel or the time had to take off to bring it there and pick up. Very disappointed Alpin Haus!

Lost my keys. Didn't replace my battery strap.
Very professional, the service department was giving timely update's, when parts for my 2013 5th wheel where out of production they offered different solutions to fix the problem at a reasonable cost.
390 dollars to fix / glue a loose wire from factory 10 min job very simple fix
Everything is good, except the coverage on the Reflection. Issue here is the countertops are so thin that when exposed to the cold they delaminate. Grand Design should stand behind their product and offer a fix that is permanent.
Fast service and they keep you up to date on what is happening when your camper is there for service.

I’ve been calling for a few days with no response. I have been told that we are waiting on the parts person to price out our work and send to the warranty people. This has been going on for at least two weeks and we are not that happy about it.

Everyone has been super-helpful and friendly, the salespeople, the finance guy, the service department. The only glitches we've hit have to do with the quality of the product/camper and the supply chain. We've been waiting too long to have our warrantee repairs done due to the lengthy process.

Easy to schedule regular motorhome services. Dave B. In service dept. is very friendly and helpful. He greeted me with a smile and remembered me from previous visit. Service was completed on time as promised.
On day one I was told that the RV had a 60 day warranty. I said like a used car dealer 90 day manager stated it only 60days. When I came back a few days later they said there was no 60 day warranty . Next we paid $1000 prep fee which the unit was to be cleaned and checked over. From what I saw all that was done was a quick rinse, The roof had caked on filth, the awning had some sort of green staining on the underside, the rubber bulb seal on top of the slide was detached and jammed up on the front corner allowing water to seep in from a rain storm. At this point I dont know or believe anything was checked by a qualified person. I'm not a very picky person but this is just blatant behavoir that needs to be addressed.
