Outstanding service. Jennifer got us scheduled and the trailer jack fixed late in the day with his cheer and great knowledge. Everyone was willing to stay a little late to make sure we were safely in our way.
Very good informative and person was very knowledgeable ty
July 7th
Good morning. We are working on getting the parts quoted that's needed for the repairs. Once I have those I will call you to see if you want to follow through with all repairs. The technician has fixed the slide issue. He states it was over retracted and he went under the underbelly to manually extend the slide and it is working as designed. I will update you on the rest as soon as I know. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Finally got a ridiculous quote on July 30th
Good morning, the quote to fix the leak under the shower is $1,867.50. To replace the vent is $253.09. To replace the entire underbelly would be a labor extensive repair, we are still working on all that includes.

Of course I didn't want to go thru with it. Ended up with this bill with nothing repaired except the slide which they did the first day..
Total with diagnostics and repair of the slide room which is already completed would be $680.92, do you want me to use the card on file for this?

Finally. I never even got an estimate on repairing the underbelly, but was charged 114 to look at it. And the estimate to repair the leak on a pex hose was over 1800. There must be a better way. So I paid almost $700 and lost 3 weeks of the summer, and the only thing fixed was the slide out.
One more thing, I asked for the 114 to be removed from the bill because I didn't even get an estimate on the underbelly. I was told the technician looked at it for over an hour and the 114 was a bargain.. Thanks alot.
Based on all this, world you recommend Apin Haus to a friend? I sure won't.
Techs worked hard to get awning fixed right and where very professional
Follow up on open items could use some work.
You don’t put care into your relationship with the customer. You take the money then are done with us. I left the finance office and was standing in front of a brand new $40,000 trailer that I had no idea how to use and your employee who was suppose to teach me didn’t really have an idea what he was doing. I had to correct him on a few things that I learned off you tube. I will recommend to my friends and family a company that is more in touch with customer service and loyalty.
Take good care for the customers
Your responsiveness and communication in the service department.
Have purchased three RV’s from Alpin Haus .
Great personnel, work and communication with customers does leave you in the dark !
Straight forward talk ( good or bad ) !
We own a : 2020 #303 Reflection and are very pleased with it .
Staff was excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable
Friendly…trustworthy…always helpful.
Alpin Haus Rv service is great!
We had a good experience. Kyle was very reasonable to work with. The service team had the knowledge on cleaning, repairing our new used motorcoach. Happy to have many fun years ahead. We will purchase another coach if we ever need to. Happy Camping
Excellent sales person and reat of support team. Nicely taken care of when we came to take our camper. Service tech were very thorough.
I brought my motorhome to Alpin Haus for a recall repair even though I didn’t purchase it from them they took care of the issue in a fast and timely manner. I will definitely give them my business for any future repairs and possibly sales. The service department was friendly and helpful. Thank you all.
The camper I bought from Alpin Haus in September of 2022 is garbage. It’s a Jayco Jayflight. I have used it four times and it has been back to be “fixed” at least four times. Some of the issues were not minor. I am so frustrated with the answers I got from sales. I was even going to try to trade it in and was told the new payment for something similar would be twice as much every month. Then when I brought it back there to again be “ fixed” I called for updates as I was told that I could get it back by the 23rd. I had to call the sales department more than once two days in a row to be connected to service because when I called, left a message and a text message I got not reply. When I finally got in touch with Matt, the service manager, I was told that they didn’t have the Lube for the slide seals. This was at around 3pm on the 23rd. The slide was one of the main things that was malfunctioning when I dropped it off this time. I was told that the supply house was in Pennsylvania and they were waiting. I had to debate over getting the seal lube/ conditioner someplace else. i was told I could pick up the camper and bring it back when the lube comes in which is totally inconvenient to continue to tow it up there all the time. As for making things right, I have spoken to your sales manager and the jayco manufacturer directly and basically no solution. I would not recommend Alpin Haus or jayco to anyone.
Twice we've had bad service. Once when our problem could have been solved over the phone, but we weren't able to talk to a technician. So we drive our camper 2.5 hrs to Alpin Haus just to find out we were using the wrong switch on the water pump. Again, could have been fixed with a shirt phone call. But instead we were charged $250 service fee. We're looking for a different dealer to do our service.
Good honest people, always helpful.
Alpin Haus in Amsterdam is always a pleasure to work with. We have been happy customers since 2017 when we brought our Tiffin motor home to them for service and maintenance until we sold it a few years later. With our positive experience with them, we confidently purchased our next RV from Alpin Haus Amsterdam. From our salesman, Don T., receptionists, service representatives and technicians, we will continue doing business with them as long as we camp. We live closer to the new store in Middletown as well as other dealerships, but Alpin Haus Amsterdam will still be our place to go.
As busy as it was at Alpin Haus that day, we are incredibly thankful to Theresa for doing all she could to help us get our trailer into the shop for service immediately with our latest problem. She kept us updated on everything that was happening as we waited in the comfortable sales department lounge. It was Ryan, the technician that found the exact cause of the serious problem and fixed it within a few hours. It was such a relief to know that we could now enjoy the rest of the camping season.
I highly recommend Alpin Haus Amsterdam for purchasing, maintaining, fixing and even storing your RV. Happy camping!
Loved that Mike was not pushy and asked me what I wanted and what I did not want, so he did not waste my time or his showing me things that i did not want. I would recommend Mike to everyone. Keith was right on point in the finance dept. and Ed was great showing us everything on the camper.
Steve Quill salesperson went out of his way to accommodate us very knowledgeable and efficient. All staff including service, finance and front end work together as one to provide a painless and easy purchase
We were able to make an appointment right away. They worked on our trailer when they said they would. Communication was excellent along the way. All of these things should happen but unfortunately don’t at other RV dealers.
When you make an appointment and I'm told they were going to inspect it. I get there and told to drop the camper and 2 days later they finally look at it. If I was just dropping it, I could have did so later in the day. As I work nights getting up early to be there at 7:45am was very unnecessary
I was very pleased with the new location. The staff was eager to assist me with my search for a travel trailer. My two children were gifted Teddy bears from the welcome desk which I thought was a nice touch. Asa was a great salesman who made the whole process of trading in my trailer, and getting me and my family into a brand new unit super easy. I have already started spreading the word “Go to Alpin Haus, and see Asa”
Long list brought it in for a list of problems brand new camper . My credit card gets charged I had to find out through a statement . No phone call about it it was there for roof seal problems and I got charged for the sealant after being told it was warranted .
Then my keys were lost and got told the tech is off and we would have to find out on Monday . Got told we don’t usually take keys meanwhile when I dropped it off at the port jervis location I gave you guys the keys .
And when brought the camper around the battery was stone dead . And it’s a brand new camper used once before I discovered all the problems !!! Not happy at all !!!
From our Tiffin Coach to the support we get - Alpin Haus is very professional and there for us when we have any questions/issues...dave
Very thorough in over view of the camper. Knowledgeable and Nswered all concerns.
Mark R. Exceptional, in his walk-through. Informative, attentive, knowledgeable and made our walk through a breeze.
Products are fairly priced. The parts and service personnel are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
The only place to go for all your RV related needs.
When leaving a message to a service person I would think I would get a response that same day. Not me having to call the next day and the next day to try to get a hold of that same person.
