We appreciated the professionalism Alpin Haus OakRidge employees have in all departments from sales to service department. We had an excellent experience we would definitely recommend this dealer to all our friends and family!
Overall the level of service and communication has improved significantly over the past couple of years. This year was the best so far. Theresa provided clear information. The only minor hiccup was I had to call back to get my receipt emailed to me.
Felt rushed. Didn’t get the information I needed to operate my RV. Was told they were giving it away. Middletown is short staffed and poorly managed. Middletown cost alpine haus return customers. This was our second experience and probably our last time with alpine haus. Quick to sign the paperwork and make you feel like a burden when you wish to get the service you were expecting.
We have been customers for a few years now and while our service department in Wilton is top notch IN PERSON I can NEVER reach the service department via phone. This has been a problem since we bought our camper. I try first thing in the morning, middle of day and end and no one ever answers. I have to drive over every time to speak to someone since no one answers and the major of the time when I get there, there aren't customers in service and no one is on the phone tying up the lines. Front desk person iisnt on phone either. I've mentioned this several times and it's never resolved. Text messages use to work to service but now go unanswered. When you physically drive over service people are great. I shouldn't have to drive over to tell them my door combo or something else that literally takes 2 seconds to say.
Thank you for fixing our trailer. We’re incredibly grateful. Next time we trailer shop, we will be going to the Saratoga Alpin Haus. Your customer service is top notch.

I really like your products. Their service is fantastic. If you have a 10:00 appointment they are working on your unit at 10:00 if not before.
I am not happy With my class B, I was overcharged more than double of what it was worth it was a $74,000 camper! I was charged over 140,000, I was pushed and forced through the sale. I paid $1,500 to be shown how to use it I didn't know how to start it when we left and now I cannot and get in touch with anyone they will not return my calls and I have been trying to settle this problem. I had a 77,000 trade in someone needs to get in touch with me please I do not want to start legal process! I am willing to have it replaced with $130,000 camper but my patience is wearing. They were good to work with, but it has been hard in the past to get someone on the phone. We know they are busy and we appreciate that. So far this new camper they have been listening and working with us. Thank you
As with any purchase negotiations there are always a few rough patches but the dealership as a whole was tremendous. Their brand new location provides everything you need to select the best RV for your particular needs as well as fully equipping it to your liking with a completely stocked accessory department.
I would recommend them to anyone just getting into RVing or the seasoned veteran.

Sales Dept. never offered an extended warrantee on the previously owned trailer that I purchased several months ago. Subsequently, a failure of the mechanism for the slide out room resulted in more than $2,700 in out-of-pocket costs to me.
I subsequently learned, through the service department, that the warrantee offer should have been provided at the time of the sale.
Their service department was very helpful dealing with my camper manufacturer and getting my repairs covered . They are very professional and knowledgeable.

The facility is new and spacious, and the inventory is tremendous.
They were able to complete my trade and purchase by lunch time, and I and my son were off on our first adventure in my sparkling new Grand Design Lineage M 25fw.
Keith handled all the many details, including transferring all the technical "nuts and bolts"(lol).
John gave a very thorough introduction to my new unit with the assistance of Bob and Josh and a couple of others.

Purchased a 2025 Grand Design travel trailer. I couldn't tow it as it was too heavy for my truck. We needed on-site service for a leak from rainwater. Kris L. was the service tech that was sent out. He was very professional and took his time to triage where the water was getting in from. He took his time and discovered the cause of the leak. Without any manual to go by, he knew exactly how to fix the problem.
That was two weeks ago and despite having many heavy rainstorms since, no more leak.

Salesman Steve Quill and others worked with us to purchase a Reflection trailer. There were serious flaws with the one we originally purchased, which we (not Alpin Haus) caught during our walkthough, so we were given a $2k discount on the replacement - which was not what we really wanted - but we purchased, nonetheless. What left a really bad taste in our mouths was that, not only would we have had to accept a steep $22k reduction (after tax, title, and fees) from price we paid (we had added slide toppers and fan and MaxAir vents, etc.) for trading our brand new trailer two weeks after purchase (although we expected to pay a price), but we were also told that we would have to pay $79.9k+ for the CONDO trailer which also has serious flaws while the public is being quoted $71.9k for the same model. Granted it must have been as difficult for Alpin Haus as it was for us to deal with all this, but that really got to us.
