We had a leak from the roof in our camper. Tech person was there thought he might have fixed it. Next rainfall we went up the next day to see if it was fixed and there was water all over the floor again. Contacted service they were going to talk about it the next day with the tech person and they were going to give me a call back that was Thursday did not hear anything back. I called Friday morning waited 5 hours did not get a call back left a voicemail had to leave my phone number and still no call. It is now Saturday night and I'm still waiting for that call.
Nothing. No one perfect but they are on the top of the great experience list!
I don’t understand how a camper can come back from dewinterization with the black and gray tanks full. Makes no sense. They were empty all winter, obviously. Called today to express my disappointment; was told I’d get a call back, but haven’t received it yet.
I have been loyal for the last 2 years but now I have to consider going elsewhere. Still waiting to hear how you want to make this right.
Purchased our 2017 Surveyor new from Alpen Haus. We have had great service every year since. We camp in a NY State camp ground.. There are no services such as electric or sewer hook up. New trailers do not have gas refrigerators or water heaters. This keeps us from purchasing a new camper. Not everyone camps at an RV park or resort. No I don't want to run a generator to recharge my batteries. RV dealers are loosing money because of this.
The sales process was well handled. The walk through appointment was scheduled promptly. The finance process was well explained. The actual walk through was very thorough and very helpful. They were very helpful with getting the backup cameras and batteries installed. The only issues I encountered were; we were unable to locate the bit for operating the stabilizer Jack's and we couldn't find the inverter and inverter controller. I eventually found the controller which was locked due to the inverter being in test mode. Lastly the parts department was very helpful in determining the accessories I needed, however they gave me the wrong surge protector (50 amp instead of 30 amp) which means I will have to drive almost 3 hours round trip to exchange it at the nearest Alpin Haus.

The service person sent to take care of my problems was a very competent & friendly worker. He was very knowledgeable & a hard worker. Very thorough , very organized , very service oriented. When he was done he cleaned up the work area & left everything in good order. It was a pleasure having him taking care of all the work. Thank you to him & Alpin Haus.
Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly. I didn't feel rushed at all. Chris took his time and walked me thru all the options.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Alpin Haus RV. From start to finish, Adam King was absolutely amazing and helped us every step of the way throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
A huge thank you as well to Paul, Drew, Rusty and everyone in the service department for going above and beyond to take care of us. We had an issue with our fireplace not working, and not only did they replace it with a brand new one, but they actually traveled to our campground to complete the repair so we wouldn’t have the inconvenience of towing the camper back to the facility.
That level of customer service is rare these days and speaks volumes about the team at Alpin Haus RV. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding sales and service!

Responsive clientele, friendly and knowledgeable
No pressure sales department and friendly staff.
Easy going staff that shared a lot of good information and never felt like they were trying to sell me something as opposed to helping me understand more fully what I was interested in. Josh as a salesman was great, Dan for the product demonstration was thorough and knowledgeable, and Keith with the paperwork was pleasant to work with.

The service phone number listed on your website is incorrect and took multiple calls to finally get to the service department to schedule our annual maintenance. It’s great that we were able to schedule our service very quickly. We were scheduled for service on 5/7/2026. We still not have not heard from anyone from the service department to discuss some items we wanted to see were covered by warranty. Our camper is still currently in your possession but we are unable to get in touch with anyone at your company. I currently have a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize and would really appreciate if someone from your company could reach out to discuss the current status of our camper and if it’s ready to be picked up!

Alpin Haus has met all our needs in offering superior service and workmanship in repairing our RV. Rusty, our service representative, has been very helpful, keeping us informed and updated on the maintenance and storage of our RV. We recommend this establishment!
Good Service at reasonable prices

Your service department lies to your clients when they get caught on lies they come up with excuses. Then the next time I brought it in the lies began again it took over two weeks to submit my work orders to the factory. It's been over three months since you had my RV, I canceled two overnight trips cause it wasn't worth fighting with you guys. It took from day one when I when you had to order a shade that broke the first week and I took out I did not receive it till January 28 when I called wondering where my shade was. Meanwhile it was in your warehouse since December, which it should've been in your warehouse back in September if I miss next weekend due to my RV, not being ready on Tuesday, it will be very upsetting. You've had the parts completely all the parts for over three weeks. Also, I brought it in with it totally empty but not winterized because they had to check the water system so I figured I'd leave it on winterized and then they would do the appropriate winterization after turning the heater back on in the water released out of the trailer from the two drains when I came to the trailer to get some of my stuff out, thinking, it would be ready sooner as when I discovered the incident there was many cold nights during that time the tankless hot water tank was running, wasted, all my propane in the one tank that they turned on to test the unit having a unit for over three months it's not fair to me when I spend a lot of money on the unit. With all that being said, I will tell people never to buy an RV from Alpin Haus anywhere in the country again I would never recommend for service or sales even though your sales department was wonderful to me.
