Works like a charm
Answer the phone. We came in for our forever warranty and was told we had major problems with the roof and slides leaking. When we had it done a year ago and everything passed it would have been helpful if they would have recommended we seal the roof since we’ve had the class c for a couple of years. This is all new to us so a suggestion would have been helpful. I know this isn’t your fault but we feel you should have recommended the service be complete. We are having it sealed but not happy.
When I began my RV search, I had a general idea of what I wanted and went to several RV dealerships. The moment I walked in, Don (salesman), greeted me and my cousin and really listened to what I wanted. He then walked us around and pointed out my requests and helped me test drive one of the RVs. Don was incredibly encouraging and was a calm presence as I’ve never driven an RV. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything. In fact, Don recommended that I shop around and if I have any questions, that I could contact him. Don did do this and, again, I never felt pressured to purchase through him. I felt that he genuinely cared that I found the perfect RV, even if it wasn’t through him. I didn’t find an RV that met all my expectations and he emailed me a listing of a 2025 Forester RV that was being built and would come in about a month. This RV had everything I was looking for!! We negotiated a good price and I had begun waiting. Don was incredibly helpful throughout, texting and calling me when he received updates from the manufacturer (I give him a lot of credit because I know I wasn’t the most patient person as I was incredibly excited for my new RV!!).
RV day: Don linked me with Jim, the financial specialist who was also incredibly helpful and was able to get me a wonderful loan with a low APR! I was introduced to John, who was incredibly nice and his excitement about the RV flowed off him! John walked me around and showed me where everything was, how to operate things, tips and tricks etc. I wrote a lot of things down in my phones notes app, video recorded certain tasks, and took pictures and labeled things as he was talking. John, like Don, was incredibly patient with me. Before I left, Don came in to check in on me, see how I was doing, and sent me off. He said to contact him if question and concerns come up and he’d like an update when I take it out. Of course I did have a few questions days later and he texted me answering all of them.
If you’re in the market for an RV, I HIGHLY recommend DON. Thank you Don, John, Jim and Alpin Haus for making my dream come true!!!
The service and the folk at Alpine Haus were great. The workmanship is excellent and completed as expected.
I would not hesitate to take my RV back there and certainly would recommend them for any work to be done.

Repair took way to long. Caused trip cancellation. Service rep. waited for insurance to order axle, after she was given authorization to use credit card on file to order parts. Have service listen to the customers requests
Staff was helpful and salesman Patrick did everything to make the sale a very easy and good experience.

After an EF3 tornado totaled our trailer that we originally purchased from Alpin Haus it was a no brainer to go back to them for an upgrade and replacement. The whole crew there is exceptional and we have never been disappointed with their sales and service departments. They are always friendly, accommodating and reasonable. We were able to decide on the exact RV that was right for us with no pressure. They even had the selection on site that we wanted to look at. Needless to say we picked out the perfect trailer for us right then and there. I highly recommend Alpin Haus!

People say they will call back in a certain time and they don't. Trailer I purchased new has issues still four years later.
I had a prior issue with a charge for filling my travel camper with air. I was charged $68.70 plus tax. I spoke of this in my previous survey and I am happy to say the Jim Nolan reached out to me and told me that was an error and completely refunded me for that charge. My opinion that is excellent customer service and its what will keep me going back to Alpin Haus RV in Gansevoort.

Warranty for Life just removes a lot of the concerns of RV ownership, especially in the Northeast.
I had the pleasure of working with Jake. He was patience , understanding and did not rush me in making my final decision.
I received a response today to my earlier negative review. Upon arriving home with my brand new 19.6 (6/14/24) I found that I had no 12 V house power. I eventually found the problem and solved it but my calls for help and troubleshooting went unanswered. Today, (6/18) I received a call from the Saratoga service manager and discussed at length. I am encouraged to know that The dealership actually does care about serving their customers. My faith has been restored. Thank you for calling me back.
You never get a second chance to make a first impression…. you guys blew it.
Got my brand new Nobo 19.6 home only to find it all the 12 V house functions will not work off the battery. Had a discussion late Friday afternoon with my sales person. I asked to be connected with a service person to help me troubleshoot. He responded by email with some manuals and schematics that may as well have been Japanese as far as I’m concerned. Called my sales person again Saturday morning and asked to be connected to a service person. He had to take my phone number for the eighth time and still never got a call back. Monday has come and gone, it is now Tuesday and still have not heard from anyone. I’d be A little impressed if I got a response to this review from management.

Alpin Haus has great after the sale customer service. We always get someone to answer the phone or call us back and respond to our needs. Very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them.
The final price came in on budget and on time. The install was also very professional.
The only reason I do business there is because of Jonathan Baker He is one hundred percent

Excellent service all around…our salesman Patrick Luci gracious, friendly and knowledgeable, Matt in finance so accommodating, Rich gave us a great run through and the young man who delivered our RV (I’m so sorry, not sure of his name…Connor?) set it right where we wanted it. And the RV itself…fabulous!…everyone we showed it to was very impressed. Thank you AlpinHaus!
