Friendly folks who seem to know their stuff. Work done to my trailer is completed on time, and good quality .as long as you’re not requiring vendor supplied parts,
2nd time my trailer was I. For the awning not working and it still took 3 attempts to open it . And they charged me both times and it still doesn’t work right
Honest, reliable. Easy to work with
I was very grateful for the phone calls that I received telling me that my situation will be resolved as quickly as possible. They did tell me that they would reimburse me out the $332 though I have not been reimbursed yet. i’m hopeful going forward that everything will go smoothly without complications.. the service department is doing everything they can to make things right and I am very grateful for that.
Alpin Haus service department has been awesome (especially Randy the assistant service manager) in helping to resolve two minor issues we had with our new Imagine 2500Rl. In my opinion they went above and beyond to respond in a timely and effective manner, so I would highly recommend both the sales team (especially Don T) and service team (Randy).

I got charged $332 for a job that’s not completed details because I had to wait four months waiting for the parts to come in. Because the previous installer did not do the job right and caused issues. My refrigerator as of right now only works on gas does not work electric. Still waiting on the part for the refrigerator to work on electric in the refrigerator doors don’t shut right. I should’ve not been charged until the job was done right and completely. Very unsatisfied with the situation.

Warranty and service timing appointments were unsatisfactory.

Alpin Haus has worked with us, both when buying our RV's and whenever we needed service. On two separate occasions we had a problem and called to see if they could help us as we were passing through. They did both times and got us back on the road as soon as possible. An excellent dealership!

The product quality, The People and the responsiveness
Left my 2023 reflection for warranty work. In one week they pulled almost $900.00 from my checking account Without permission. No receipt. No phone call. Said it was for axle service. BUT, the two axles had to be replaced by grand design. Paid for axle service on axles that were to be replaced. Also, my valances and shades fell off. They put a couple of them on (half assed) ones not centered. Oh! Did I mention it took them over 3 months too do some of the work. Never gave me a new key I paid for. I have no words how awful-this facility is. Ask them for the $550 charge of the axle service back from $900. My answer “ call grand design… maybe they will refund me.” Well hopefully these new axles will not fly off on our first journey. STAY CLEAR DRIVE RIGHT BY. will be consulting an attorney
Excellent sales people especially Charles Weitz Treated very well and would recommend purchasing from their company again.
