Great service follow up
The service dept has been very helpful and everyone is very nice. We also like that we can safely store our RV with them for the winter for a reasonable price.

Your service folks are very difficult to reach. I rarely get a person when I call, and messages that are left often take more than a day to be acknowledged. Sometimes, they are never returned and I have to call and go through the frustration again.

I would ask that the communications be a little more forth-coming, especially with respect to diagnostic fees and then service related costs. So the customer fully understands what we are paying for.
Lastly - when I initially called - I called the phone # on your website listed as service and I believe it went to the parts dept. So I am not sure the details there are correct.

Top grade campers and remarkable service when called.
The rating of 10 is for Theresa in the customer service department. Not in other areas that we have had concerns within the past. Teresa, since she has become our service, advisor has gone above and beyond to keep us informed. We have a catastrophic problem with our five year old rv, and she is understanding and doing all she can to assist us with this huge problem. It started many years ago, so we are very appreciative of what her efforts are at this point.
We recently had a very disappointing service experience at your Saratoga location.
Before bringing in our camper, we clearly communicated the issue and asked whether the repair would be covered under warranty. Despite this, your team proceeded with a diagnosis and charged us a $100 diagnostic fee - even though we had already described the problem in detail.
To make matters worse, the service technician appeared completely unprepared and uninformed.
Adding to our frustration, when we picked up the camper, it had been left on your lot with all of the under-storage compartments unlocked—one of which was even left wide open.
It’s also incredibly frustrating that whenever you call the Saratoga service department, you're placed on hold for a bit and then sent to voicemail. We’ve since learned that calls are apparently routed through Amsterdam, but that shouldn’t prevent a real person from answering the phone.
Overall, this experience has left us extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and attention to detail.
Service issues. Warranty confusion on your part. Repairs not done first time. Poor quality control.
I was charged for checking my heat. I said it was the air flow being blocked. I had a garage can in front of. I don’t agree with the charge and told them at check out but they said they can’t remove it. Other than that, it was good experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is also the only time I’ve disagreed with charges
Service and sales are stellar.
I got a 23 Thor Scope 18M. Ive had several problems in the last two years of owning my camper and Alpin Haus of Oak Ridge has been there to help me out. My last visit concerns about a propane leak and was fixed by alpin haus and covered under warranty. They also did the yearly check up for this coming sesaon. I recommend them especially Jonathan who is very helpful, kind and professional to me.

Fix your Service Department!! When my Cougar 23MLE was delivered back in January they were supposed to have fixed a rear window shade we saw was broke there when we did the tour of our rig. They didn't. In fact when my trailer was delivered parts of the rear window shade were in my sink! They also left lights in the bays and left my water heater turned on after winterizing it!! Which I only discovered a couple days later after I kept hearing something cycling on and off every few minutes!! WTF! Then they were supposed to order me a new window shade and wanted me to bring my trailer 50 miles (one way) back out to you guys to fix a window shade....after I just PAID you guys $299 to deliver it to me!! Are they idiots??? Then two months go by and I call to see if the window shade came in, they tell me "Oh, we need to know the size it is?". WHAT?? The factory doesn't know?? I tell them I'll call them back in a day or two after I measure it. I then call my sales guy to ask him what is going on?? He looks into it, calls me back "It came in Friday...". eeeee. So I drive out there, to also return your 12V battery too, and I'm told they need the old window shade back!!! I'm like "I'm not driving back and forth twice [about 200 miles total!] for this $15 window shade....Keep it!!" then told them "We all knew that was broke, I was told it was fixed before it left here, it wasn't...it shows up at my house with parts of it in my sink!! I just spent $60,000 here! This is on you guys! You want the old window shade back send a guy to my house to replace it and take the old one back, thats what you SHOULD do!". Then they just gave me the new window shade to fix myself. I will be avoiding your "Service" department at all cost in the future! Your Sales Dept. was great, your delivery guy was great, the people in your Parts Dept. were great, but you need to fix your Service Dept.!! Jeff Last name removed, Wynantskill
