Speedy and professional service
There wasn't any pressure and everyone was very nice. We had a lot of questions and everyone was patient with us and answered them.
On advice of Alpin service scheduler I drove extra 100 miles to Amsterdam facility to have RV issue diagnosed and receive estimate for repairs. Paid $250+ and have, a week later, yet to receive either of above. Emails and phone messages are ignored. So…I’ve spent 250, a tank of gas and a day of my life for which I’ve received nothing. Last time I recall being treated this poorly was decades ago by Eastern Airlines…may Alpin end up where eastern did as deserved. —. It’s no surprise to me that only department returning calls is sales but Alpin clearly has no interest in servicing what they sell.
First time using Alpin Haus mechanical services. The staff was professional and helpful. The service was done in a timely manner.

Ac unit replaced under warranty. Still had the pay road charge because I'm on a seasonal site. Went all summer without a ac on a brand new trailer. Unit got replaced went to turn on unit and didn't work. Looked up at the unit and the packing plastic was still on. Obviously they didn't run the unit or check the operation. I feel I should get at least one of the 275.00 service charge back. Very unpleased

Just purchased a Keystone Cougar 22mls. Had a few issues, but all are being handled. Service manager and tech were very supportive and helpful. Happy with the service and would recommend them.

Had a recall took weeks. Back and forth with pictures they could have taken me to a RV and said take picture of this. Would have been one and done. Our friends are starting to look at r pods. My wife and I wanted to see what you had to talk to them about what’s there. Can’t look at unless someone comes with you. At other RV places you can go and look. We. Need to talk ourself and look when we were looking and when had questions ask. Not have sales people pick what they think we need. Early in our relationship with you could have been better.

My camper has been in service for two months. My A/C (after a complete replacement) still does not work. It is very difficult to reach someone in the service department. I am paying monthly for a camper I haven't had. I have had to cancel planned trips due to not having my camper. I feel like I am yessed but not heard. I have lost time off work and have taken the camper home to have to just bring it right back.
I will say that I have had several conversations with Mark Hendershot and he is very nice and respectful and has tried to help me, but I am very disappointed in my inability to reach someone in service.
