Took delivery today of new motorhome, from Mike in sales, James financing , Clayton in parts department and Nicholas in service all profesional employees working hard to be sure that we were happy with our purchase and the process, Very impressed with the delivery walk thru with our service tech Billy, we were on site today for 4 hours and durring that time operated every device and appliance, both inside and out. made sure we understood how they worked and answered any and all questions to its operation and maintanence. when completed even went thru the process with us to rewinterized the system before we headed out. all together a good expierience and looking forward to our first adventure as we head out to see America in our new "retirement home"

My insurance deemed my RV a total loss but during the extremely long wait for them to reach that decision, Alpin Haus was absolutely amazing! The estimate was given timely and they understood what needed to be repaired professionally. Natasha was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. She even got my license plates off and my EZ pass out when I had forgot to retrieve them before the salvage yard towed my RV. She arranged to have Gus escort me to my RV even after the service center was closed so I could clean out the RV before pick up. And Gus even shoved the way for me to get in the RV. I could not have been more pleased with Alpin Haus and their staff and would go there to purchase another RV when ready and also get service there. 5 stars!

Natasha provided the best customer service I have experienced for a long time , she kept me fully informed through the complete repair of my Winnebago and explained in detail every step . Her colleague Zach who worked out what the issue was with my van gave a clear explanation of what the faults were and how he fixed them . I have experience of other RV dealers and Alpin Haus stand head and shoulders above all of them and I have only positive things to say about them .

Jake was very helpful in showing us the unit we were interested in, and making us comfortable with our decision and choice of dealership. Getting the full tour of the facility, and explaining how thorough and complete the process would be, including a full walk-through of the trailer when we take delivery to explain all the systems and guarantee they work, means a lot to us as first-time owners.
Theresa was a most helpful person. She kept me informed and updated each step of the way. She was friendly and kind during each and every contact. I very much appreciated her!

More competitive prep pricing and agm battery included
I dropped off my Rv back in early November (2nd week). Part of my needs were the outrigger repair and the fried Control Panel for moving the stabilizer jacks/outriggers. Most important was the winterization needing to be done since the water pump could not be used- and that's the only way I knew how to perform that. I let Natosha know of the RV not being winterized and stressed the importance of that being immediately addressed. I even called back on my way home to make sure that my RV would be brought indoors or winterized asap. I called back and texted the number to Alpin Hauss and left messages over the next week or so...until I just had to figure that y'all are busy and "of course" you are taking care of my RV as I'd asked. Weeks went by and I finally got a call from Alpin Hauss "about the insurance end" of my needs, stating that no work is done on vehicles with an insurance claim- UNTIL you recieve payment; and then your service rep said "let's take a look at these other things you requested"...No mention of winterization... He stopped as he read in silence and then said "Let me get back to you"...and hung up! Fueling my worries about no winterization taking place. I then called back the next day (I never got a call back) and spoke to the service manager , asking him about my RV. At no point did he say that it was winterized! I had to ask about my unit being winterized and only then was I told "oh yeah...it was winterized (on a date near drop off- I have it written somewhere) I had a list of things that I wanted done that I assumed I would be contacted about within a day or so (like I get an immediate call when servicing nearly every other vehicle- with estimates to approve the work. I was to get estimates a week or so ago... nothing. I responded that the email had no attachments and still nothing.....And then another survey (which I have ignored the others being patient) came in -so here I am. Worried about my RV? No communication about the Rippert Leveling system?, Solar packages? , awning?.... and i have 3 charges on my credit card. One was for a minimal service fee i believe, and my at counter purchases. What is the charge for $180.89 on Dec 11th for? I wish I had a different experience. I was impressed at your dealership when I first arrived and thought I was in good hands. Then i never heard from anyone for weeks. I have many irons in the fire and dealing with sickness in my family or I'd have been more on top of this
