Service department is a nightmare

Alpin Haus has met all our needs in offering superior service and workmanship in repairing our RV. Rusty, our service representative, has been very helpful, keeping us informed and updated on the maintenance and storage of our RV. We recommend this establishment!

Your service department lies to your clients when they get caught on lies they come up with excuses. Then the next time I brought it in the lies began again it took over two weeks to submit my work orders to the factory. It's been over three months since you had my RV, I canceled two overnight trips cause it wasn't worth fighting with you guys. It took from day one when I when you had to order a shade that broke the first week and I took out I did not receive it till January 28 when I called wondering where my shade was. Meanwhile it was in your warehouse since December, which it should've been in your warehouse back in September if I miss next weekend due to my RV, not being ready on Tuesday, it will be very upsetting. You've had the parts completely all the parts for over three weeks. Also, I brought it in with it totally empty but not winterized because they had to check the water system so I figured I'd leave it on winterized and then they would do the appropriate winterization after turning the heater back on in the water released out of the trailer from the two drains when I came to the trailer to get some of my stuff out, thinking, it would be ready sooner as when I discovered the incident there was many cold nights during that time the tankless hot water tank was running, wasted, all my propane in the one tank that they turned on to test the unit having a unit for over three months it's not fair to me when I spend a lot of money on the unit. With all that being said, I will tell people never to buy an RV from Alpin Haus anywhere in the country again I would never recommend for service or sales even though your sales department was wonderful to me. Geoff and the Alpinhaus staff were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They kept me very well informed as to the status of my trailer build and delivery. The walkthrough was very thorough and detailed. The financing and closeout was painless and there was no hard sell for add-ons. They even checked up with me the next day to ensure my tow home was safe with no issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV or Travel trailer. I traveled 2.5 hours from home to do business with them on a recommendation and would do so again.

We are currently having our Tiffin Allegro Bus 45 OPP serviced at Alpin Haus in Amsterdam. Fairly large amount of service work, upgrades and preventative maintenance. Dave H has been our service advisor since the first phone call. He has been AWESOME from that initial call right up until this very second. Everything is explained in detail. Never does a phone call not get returned by the end of the business day. I can't say enough about the quality of the work at Alpin Haus Amsterdam.
Everyone we worked with were super friendly and welcoming. Ryan was great and made sure we saw every camper we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to push anything on us. Keith did an amazing job going through all of the paperwork and explaining everything. Demo Dan was also amazing! He gave the most thorough walk through and teaching about our entire camper. He was patient with us and made sure we had no questions by the time we were done. We would certainly do business here again! We love our camper we purchased too!

We purchased a new camper and on first use had 14 problems which many should have been found during their $1500 prep fee and some major and when we brought it in for the repairs we were instructed to empty it because they couldn’t guarantee our stuff wouldn’t be stolen. Then we have to call weekly to check when it will be ready for us to use. And now it’s been there 6 weeks and camping season starts in 2 weeks. Whether Keystone approves the problems shouldn’t be our problem as it’s brand new and under warranty so should be fixed and it should be their problem to retrieve compensation after it’s fixed rather than wait weeks for approval and parts. They have all “the talk” when your buying and no answers when there is a problem.
Service on time.
Overall was a good experience but after my forever warranty inspection my camper came back out with mud up the front cap and my trailer plug dragging on the ground. Now the plug is worn down in a spot and I’m not very happy about it. Plus the price continues to go up for the forever warranty inspection which is ridiculous

The service phone number listed on your website is incorrect and took multiple calls to finally get to the service department to schedule our annual maintenance. It’s great that we were able to schedule our service very quickly. We were scheduled for service on 5/7/2026. We still not have not heard from anyone from the service department to discuss some items we wanted to see were covered by warranty. Our camper is still currently in your possession but we are unable to get in touch with anyone at your company. I currently have a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize and would really appreciate if someone from your company could reach out to discuss the current status of our camper and if it’s ready to be picked up!
