Communication could be better. I have called many times and left messages for a call back that never came. Its gotten a little better.

My vehicle was not ready at the appointment time. I had to wait 40 minutes. The vehicle was dirty and the protective coating should have been buffed out. Nick neglected to previously mention that one storage container lock was jammed and not accessible. Also, the propane sensor was replaced, but the gauge didn't work. It was suggested to "just fill up along the way." The DPF alarm keeps going off, even when the vehicle is off. I was told that's a chassis problem and Alpin Haus doesn't work on the chassis. There was no suggestions on who to contact. All of these issues were discussed, yet no-one called to follow up to make a service appointment. When I emailed about this, Taylor said someone would get back to me. No-one ever did.
Our recent service was done efficiently and quickly…. Thank you!

Nice selection of RVs but like all the RV industry , prices are getting crazy !
Have had the camper since July 1 for a sm-med job. Lost the whole summer and 2 trips and still didn’t have time to fix a drawer which is maybe a 15 minute job with the right tools. Picking up next week…
We have purchased 5 campers from Alpinhaus and have always been happy with them! Service has been excellent too!!
Dave in service went out of his way to keep us informed of the status of our RV while it was being repaired.
The technician was thorough and answered all my questions. The diagnosis of the problem with my RV was correct and the new part installed remedied the problem.

That This time when I needed a rather quick part replacement of parts it was done even by the next day when the parts needed to be ordered.

Dave Behuniak and Eric Kress (?) from the Service Department in Amsterdam are lifesavers!
We had an issue with our taillights and were leaving for a trip. I called Grand Design and was on hold for 1’13”… they never picked up!!!
At the same time, my wife called Alpin Haus and spoke to Eric, who said we could bring it in the following morning.
We came in the next day and had the issue resolved within 2 hours… our trip was saved.

Unfortunately, we did not get the same from Rusty and a woman in the office at the service department of which the issues there are far too many to get into in this space.
Always had good service at Alpin Haus.
My camper was in for its yearly warranty inspection everything went perfectly from scheduling an appointment to being ready for me to pick it back up. I was kept informed every step of the way. The service staff is excellent at keeping you informed. I highly recommend service at their Saratoga lot
Everyone there from Ryan Williams to Keith Todd were very friendly , helpful and not pushy at all . This is the way it should be when you’re looking to purchase a camper or any other item of recreation .
