Effective service from sales person to financial manger
Exceptional service! Everyone is great but special recognition for Theresa in Service advising and Tommy in Service who diagnosed something no other places could! Nick also did a stellar job with winterizing our unit and was very careful and respectful inside.
They had my unit for 4 months and never fixed it. Wanted $300+ for 15 feet of trim cover that I purchased 50’ for 19.99 and installed myself once I took the unrepaired unit back. Communication is absolutely the worst since Taylor left as writer. I can see why she left good people don’t leave good companies when treat well.
Bought a brand-new Coachmen Leprechaun on October5 and as of today Alpin Haus have had the unit awaiting parts for a door, with very little communication with us other what we initiate to ask what is happening!
We are at a total loss as to what steps to take next and are completely disgusted with the treatment we are receiving

Someone contacted me less than 24 hours after my inquiry. They got me in to the shop right away and are already in the process of getting the necessary parts to repair Mr RV.

Called three different times three different days and did not receive a call back. Had to physically drive to office to find out the service was complete. When picking up RV, the following day, the engine battery was totally dead and had to be replaced. After replacing battery when picking up the second time found the house batteries were totally dead and had to return to building to remedy that situation.
After paying several hundred dollars for a full check over of the RV prior to it being sold, I was disappointed that I had to find both problems and make multiple trips to the building. It would be nice to get a 20% refund on the cost of the check up that didn't really do a good job with the electrical system.
I do have to say that the corrective measures were done quickly but feel they should have been caught when checked out since I was paying for it. I had to drive to building three times to be able to get the finished work done and retrieve the RV on the 4th visit. ETL
Our sales experience was fine however our most recent visit to the Service Department was anything but fine! An appointment was scheduled back on September 3rd for November 10th to have the brakes checked and the bearings serviced. At that time, there was also a discussion regarding a cracked fender that had been cracked prior to purchase. Photos were taken the day we did the walk through and picked up our new unit (January 28th) and we were told at that time that when the new fender came in we would be contacted. As of September 3rd, no word on replacement part. At that time, the pictures were forwarded to Jonathan at Service while still at the Service Center so part could be ordered. Upon calling to verify and find out when to deliver the unit for service on November 3rd, we were told we didn’t have an appointment but we could bring it for the service on the 7th so it could be serviced on November 10th. Still no replacement fender because now photos have to be sent to manufacturer but photos had been available since January 28th by Chris who did the walk through and were resubmitted on September 3rd. As of today, November 13th, no word as to whether brake service was done and unit ready for pickup. Also, were told that company is being sued for units that have been damaged in the service parking lot, so cameras have been installed because it is not Alpin Haus’ responsibility if some one hits the units. Doesn’t make us feel very comfortable about leaving our unit there for any length of time. Overall, not a good experience with service and as repeat customers this is not the first time we have had issues with service.
Quality of work has been good and they get the work done quickly.
I used a couple of different motorhome and RV dealers in the area by far. They have the best service departments out of any of them. They’re always courteous and if you need to wait for something they try to fit in.

I'm a beginner. Even though I've asked some dumb questions and needed a good bit of hand-holding, none of the staff at Alpin Haus ever lost patience or failed to provide total service.
Service is excellent. The attention to detail I received from Theresa Pingitore was so good! She is great to work with and answered all my questions in a very timely manner.

I recently purchased a used trailer from the Amsterdam dealer that had a bad axle Michael Pritchard did everything possible to resolve this problem and it was greatly appreciated
No returned phone calls, lied too, said it needed these parts when it didn’t, communication sucks. Johnathon shouldn’t be working there.
Not a single issue that I have had with my camper has been covered under any sort of warranty. I would not recommend alpin haus to anyone nor will I ever purchase a camper from alpin haus again.
