Everyone is very professional. You are treated like a V.I.P. at all times. This IS the only place to purchase and have your RV serviced.
I am very pleased with the level of customer service provided in the service department . The advisor stays in touch and provides relevant information regarding diagnostics, solutions and recommendations. The service technician has been spot on with identifying and correcting issues of concern to owner . Well done!!
The two gentlemen that came out were very nice and knowledgeable. They were kind toward all of our requests. They went out of their way to help us and make sure everything was taken care of before leaving. Super happy with this two!!

It was a real joy to deal with a company so customer and product focused. Alpin Haus worked with us to get the particular RV we wanted from the manufacturer and had it shipped to their facility. We received daily updates from our salesperson (Charles Weitz) during the entire process. We drove from Virginia Beach VA to Amsterdam NY to receive it and Alpin Haus was more than ready for us. The walk-thru with Lance our technician, financing, and receipt of the coach was seamless and pleasant. This included the replacement of the fridge which was done quickly and professionally. This is the fourth RV I've owned and the first time I've left the lot with a smile and a product I felt confident about.
BRAVO to everyone at Alpin Haus for making this a pleasant experience and restoring my faith in outstanding customer service!!

I dropped my RV in September and if it was not for me calling every two weeks i would have had no idea why it took until yesterday for my parts to arrive. When I called all, I was told was it is on back order. BS. No one called to check on my awning until I got rude with Derrick.
Your customer service is terrible. Except for the forever warranty, you will never see me or my RV again

Overall wonderful experience! We just traded in our trailer and bought a new one at the Port Jervis location. From sales, to financing, to the walk through - everyone was not only knowledgeable, but also super friendly. No pushy sales or pressure. They even delivered the new trailer to our home after we had an issue with our hitch! We would highly recommend this RV dealership! Laurie and Brian Dever
Very easy to work with. I have a third party warrantee and they are always helpful in making sure that whatever can be covered is covered, so I am very thankful for that too.

Dave Behuniak has communicated very well and I appreciate the texts he sends to let me know the status of my RV on a timely basis.
For most part I am a satisfy customer.
Need to improve communications. Several times in the buying process and also now in the service department, I need to make phone calls or e-mail requests to find out the status of my camper. I would expect a phone call that originated from Alpin Haus, not to make me contact you. Even a reply of "I received you message and I'll get back to you by _____" would be acceptable (Need to make sure that you complete the follow-up).
I have been discouraged by the warranty repairs on my 2021 Grand Design trailer. They seem to take a very long time, and I'm still not sure of the status since the trailer has been put into winter storage at your lot. Nobody ever contacted me to say that the warranty repairs were completed or to provide a status update. (see above for better communication). To say that you are shorthanded or swamped with work does not encourage a person to come to you for camper services.
I'd like to be more enthusiastic, but I don't have that feeling from Alpin House yet. Hopefully, it will improve because I want to remain a customer of Alpin Haus. I hope that you receive this message in a positive way. It may be a bit critical, but you did ask for feedback for improvement.
