I was a little disappointed when I just picked up my camper from having it winterized and there was mud tracked throughout the floors. My camper was immaculate when it was dropped off and we don’t even wear shoes inside, not that I’m asking anyone to do that but someone should have wiped up their mess out of respect and pride.
I am very satisfied with this establishment. They answered my questions and have given great service.
Every aspect of the service department is aweful. I have a 2019 Grand Design Transcend. First, they had a propane regulator recall and Alpin Haus wanted to charge me $500 to come to my campsite and do the safety recall work which is 20 minutes up the road. I had an independent service dealer do it and didn’t cost me a penny. Second, I had some sort of leak and they wanted to charge me $1700 just to verify the issue and that didn’t cover fixing it. I have taken my camper there for fall and spring service every year I have had it and I never feel welcomed when going there I feel like it is more of a bother to them. I call to make an appointment nobody ever answers the phone. Last year they didn’t winterize my camper properly a something in the hot water broke in the spring.
Unable to deliver and level a travel trailer to an average camp site because they’re not allowed to bring appropriate equipment. The managers are blatantly rude once the sale is made. They make no bones about not caring about the customer and they outright lie and even snicker in your face when you present a problem.
Front desk personnel are super polite. The young man who did our walkthrough was very knowledgeable. The service workers are excellent; top notch. But the service prices are ridiculous.
They are quality products that are built well and well thought out
It was a pleasure dealing with Alpin Haus of Port Jervis, NY. Derek, the service manager, and Kevin, the service technician were very accommodating, and provided me with a detailed description of what needed to be done. They completed the repair quickly and did it well.

Very happy with the customer service, Mark House went out of his way to help me. I definitely recommend Alpin Haus for any camping needs.
As estimated in advance, service visit was performed in the allotted time. Repair to an issue was addressed in a timely manner. Fully satisfied with this week’s visit.

Customer service has shown great improvement compared to previous years, which was horrible.
Had minor repair for leaky water valve which wasn't fixed correctly the first time. Haven't seen any signs of leaking yet.
Technicians touched up a few holes where screws rubbed through on roof during warranty inspection. Thank you for that.
Fix the warranty work the FIRST time.
Don't exchange a working table for a broken one with some nonsensical excuse.
Have someone answer the phones instead of voicemail.
Work is always done as promised and the estimates are always accurate. no surprises.
We had issues with body work that was done on our camper but Dave in service worked with us and the insurance company and corrected the issues and made sure we were satisfied with repairs.
The work required was done in a reasonable amount of time and the entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you.

Previous service and communication were horrible!! My opinion is that they are trying to make things right. Here’s hoping for a better future for them and their customers!!
