The customer service that we have received from Alpin Haus has been second to none! All of our concerns are swiftly and courteously addressed and communication with Alpin Haus could not be easier. Fair and upfront
Made a morning appointment to have a simple winterization complete and when showing up to pick up the camper before closing the service had not been performed. I even made sure to drop the camper off the evening prior. If there were circumstances that prevented this from happening a simple phone call to say that the work would not be completed as scheduled would have been nice. Glad I didn't decide to drop it off and wait that same day.

Brian and his team did an excellent job repairing my trailer that had water damage.
Interpersonal communication was good, and flexibility for scheduling
it`s to bad that you`re paying a lease on the property . but the sales and service great. look in to getting a property to perches somtime so I can store my camper local.
Everyone was very nice and attentive. There was a good selection of new trailers. Could be better with some used ones. They don’t have many. Guys there are very knowledgeable about campers and trailers including weight distribution and safety. Very important!!

The reason for our lower-than-expected rating is being disappointed.
The service department had one week to inspect and prepare the 2016 Jayco Last name removed Hawk Trailer. The most important issue is the significant leak I found when I got the trailer home. On the awning side, in the upper corner where the fiberglass meets the corner guard. If a close inspection was performed, an employee would have seen and either contacted me or repaired it. Luckily, I have winter storage and I will address this in the spring before more damage is done.
On Friday, 10/14, we were told the mold on the awning would be cleaned, as would the inside. On Saturday, 10/22, during our final walk-thru, my wife found and handed a bottle of spices to the individual conducting the walk-thru in a cabinet. It’s hard for me to believe a successful business like yours allows a used trailer off its lot in this condition. In a private sale yes, but not Alpin Haus RV. Again, these are the reasons for our lower-than-expected rating.

Needed a repair. Part had to be ordered since there was none in stock. Only took a few days and repair was timely.
They are very customer oriented. Their service is great. They are courteous. They have great products. Scott, salesman, is wonderful.
I I tell that something need to be done on my rv, and they don't do it, yes I am disappointed
No idea what the answer might be, but it sure would be nice if you could talk to a live body when calling service department instead of the phone tag game,

Customer service seems to be a top priority. When I let you know an area that I wasn’t satisfied with it was promptly rectified. In particular the service department is friendly and promptly takes care of the concerns that we had with warranty work. They offered lots of advice to us and being that we’re 1st time camper owners that was appreciated. The service department is outstanding.

They listen to what you have to say. Don't cut you short. Willing to do warranty work on my Motorhome even though I bought it in another state.

Convenient hours of operation, polite and courteous staff in those departments we worked in.
The sales staff was great, they helped me buy my camper and did not try to sell it to me. They told me all the options and helped me make the right decision for me. The staff at Amsterdam are very friendly and helpful, it’s like one big happy family.

The NJ location was very quick to take our money, but the service department never returned any of the messages we left to schedule an appointment. I even called the sales dept and they told me they would get in touch with service and have them call me…nothing. The 2nd a/c they installed was not working properly and we were missing a shade in the bedroom, which they never told us about.
We were very grateful that the Saratoga location transferred us to the Amsterdam location because we were really under the gun to get our warranty repairs taken care of because we were selling our house and living full time in the camper. We had to travel twice, over an hour each way, to get the repairs done at the Amsterdam location, and go back again once the correct parts came in.
We ultimately got Randy as our Service Rep in Amsterdam and he was great, calling to give us status updates.
We still haven’t gotten the creaking noise fixed in the bathroom. Jayco acted like they never heard of this issue, but we met a couple with the same unit and they have the same issue. Honest, open communication is appreciated, especially when spending so much on a camper. BTW - this is the 3rd Jayco we have owned, having purchased 2 new and one used.
