Alpin Haus in Amsterdam,NY is by far our Preferred RV Dealer. Even with todays Pandemic situation their customer service has not faltered. Sales,Management and Service all work together to make for a very Pleasurable buying experience. This all leads back to the owners that really care and back up everything they do or sell.

Jake, our sales rep, was able to order a Georgetown GT7 36K7, (a model Alpin Haus normally does not carry) for us. Following a protracted wait, we accepted delivery. There were some minor issues and the Georgetown was returned to the service department to rectify them. Dealing with service was a simple and pleasant experience. I anticipate the return of our Georgetown very soon.
We love your sales department, but your service needs help. I'm afraid to have my service done there. Our previous experiences were not good.

We have purchased 5 campers over the years. We've had Greg Clark as our sales person for the last 4 purchases. We couldn't be happier with Greg and the Alpin Haus team. Is is always such an easy process when making a purchase.
Having to fully pay for water damage when in the spring requesting assessment of caulking and told ok then was not appreciated. Post inspection after repair where corner shelves were not put back in likely preventing their thinking the need to place two ugly screws in the center of the panel over the bed area (front) after having to remove these panels to repair water damage that could have been prevented back in the he spring that is now a terrible eyesore.
Many of the issues with the purchased RV were still not addressed.
Always have been responsive to the customer.

Kevin is a great tech and represents your company with dignity and pride. He should be recognized by your company for is ability and professionalism. I do believe that charging the customer and pre approving diagnostic time for warranty work at the time of making the appointment (or not getting an appointment if you don't approve it)is wrong. I worked in the automotive industry for 35 years, Warranty repairs are covered in full, diagnostics, parts, and labor. I realize Warranty times pays the dealership a lot less than customer pay, but that is the dealerships issue with the manufacturer and should not be the customers responsibility after buying a new trailer(not used) expecting everything to work as designed. Hence the warranty to make it work as designed, especially when you pay as much money (and more) for a trailer then a car.
Reduce your labor rate!
Customer service is great. New to camper,camping and had a lot of questions, you're staff is very knowlagble and answered all my questions. I feel like I made a great choice with buying my camper through you guys. Keep up with the good work. You guys are the best of the best. Thank you
