I like that my camper is getting it's proper forever warranty inspection from Alpin Haus and thgat problems withg my camper or being fixed.
Ever since buy my first Alpin Haus RV in 2014, my wife and I have experienced exceptional service. Kelli in parts and Krystal in warranty are a phenomenal tag team pair!
The buying process felt like the ultimate sleazy used car buying experience

Greg Clark, a ten year employee at Alpin Haus stated my truck did not have brake connection for a travel trailer, it was easily seen from where he looked. Riley, an Alpin Haus employee stated he needed to move my truck to have the brake connection installed. I told him my two dogs were in the truck, he insisted and stated "it was ok" I told him it wasn't and took my dogs out of the truck. He felt the need to walk closely to me, reached down to my dog's face and almost a day later was informed by the Montgomery County New York health dept. that my dog bit Riley (even though I was Alpin Haus for hours after Riley's encounter with my dog). I am not convinced that Riley didn't grab my dog or touched her in an aggressive manner. I believe that an Alpin Haus employee demanding he be alone with my dogs and then the compulsion to touch my dog after I told him "no" don't go near my dogs was intimidation and a complete distraction from a $37,000 sale. To state for the record, Riley's behavior was not of a "reasonable person". I was also approached by a female Alpin Haus employee, who walked close enough to my dogs to make them uncomfortable and I had to back up as she refused to do so.
The fuse light is still on though John stated it was fixed. The shower screen was not fixed before I bought it, as Greg promised. Greg stated he would arrange for me to bring it to Columbus Ohio to have it fixed there. He did no such thing. It took John over 20 minutes to install a shower curtain (took me 2 seconds after it fell down during one trip). After the alleged dog bite Greg and other Alpin Haus employees absolutely needed to know where I was traveling to. Not any of your business, especially after Greg informed me he helped a customer who was at a nearby campsite get into their RV after getting locked out. I am a single woman with two dogs I adore. They are also my security. Alpin Haus treated me with such disregard, intimidation and an absolute lack of respect. Not one of you asked how my dog is doing and whether Riley has any diseases he could have spread to my dogs and to me. I am demanding an explanation of Alpin Haus' behavior towards me and how you are going to rectify what was done.
Service dept goes the extra mile. Friendly staff.
Scheduled my warrantee and NYS State inspection for 08:00 and was started and completed in reasonable time.
Tanya Ball was great to work with. Very patient and accommodating as we looked at several units.

The guys and ladies in the service office area are very friendly and knowledgeable. They can also be quite funny lol! Real down to earth people.
Allow customers to do a final walk through the RV BEFORE signing paperwork for purchase.
The camper hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, found toys under the pull out sofa during the FINAL walkthrough after we had signed paperwork. The oven doesn’t self ignite, which was also found out during the FINAL walkthrough.
We came in for recall part. The service tech was very nice and had us in and out in a timely manner!

My 2021 has had some minor issues. Alpins House has been good about covering them under warranty. Parts has been the issue and it seems like this is an issue with the manufacturer.
My one suggestion for improvement would be better communications with the customer while they are being worked on. Could be a better electronic system, texts or some other form of communication.
Overall I have been happy with what they have done and how I have been treated.
Happy staff. Clean facility. Large selection.

I was told the RV was ready, but there were several things that were supposed to be done that were not and we left without the RV
The staff at Alpin Haus was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. John showed me through the trailer in great detail. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Mrs. Ball and Mr. Smith as well.

We like the work they do
We drove many many miles to try you out and actually drove right past Camping World to go to you for service work. We needed the gas regulator valve replaced in our oven because of a recall. We made a appointment to have it replaced and then asked if they can do some warranty work on our Jayco which in May of this year the warranty was due. Over the phone they wrote down the items we wanted to be addressed and they said no problem we can do that. Once we arrived they took our trailer back to the service bay knowing full well of what we wanted to be addressed. About an hour after being in the service bay Eric calls me and says that we don't do warranty work on Jayco's. So we got charged $42 dollars on a fender that was cracked because the mechanic looked at it. Our total bill was over $200.00 for what we thought was warranty work. We feel like we were mislead and we were very disgruntled after this experience. It just didn't seem very professional.
Great inventory, sales team was very knowledgeable on their products. Parts and service answered many questions on delivery day. Happy with our Choice 2022 Grand Design 231RK
I recieved a call asking me to call the service department back. I called in at least 4x each day for at least 3 days, was trasnsfered by the front desk to the service dept but no one would answer the phone. Each day's first call I would leave my name and number, but no one ever picked up when I called. I finally gave up and just came in Saturday when it was scheduled to be picked up.

Bought my new camper from these guys and everything went very smoothly. After a few minor warranty issues arised Alpin Haus worjed with the manufacturer to resolve these minor issues and kept us up to date all the time. So far, great to work with
everything is done in a professional manner no short cuts.
The Service and Parts team are very good and tenacious when it comes to finding hard to get parts. They worked for over 6 months to find and get a back ordered air conditioner.
