I have been coming to Alpin Haus since 2016 to have my RV serviced. I receive the utmost in care and attention to my concerns. Dave Behuniak has been an advocate of sorts for me "taking me to school" in many areas RV'ing. Recently my RV was in to diagnose an inverter issue. I spoke to Jennifer who arranged for the service and it was determined the issue was battery related and not tbe inverter. The charge for this was very reasonable. I am very happy with Alpin Haus and the staff. Thank you, Patrick Strack

Service department was wonderful. Customer service was great. Jennifer kept me in the loop the entire time our camper was there. She was honest about what needed to be done now vs what could wait a bit and where our money would be best sent. Even when they found an issue they would not have the time to fix (due to it being busy season), Jennifer called around to multiple handymen she trusted to find someone that would be able to do the work for us. We will never go anywhere else for service again!

Everyone we met from Sales, Parts, and Service was very professional, helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with. This is our first travel trailer and we had a LOT of questions and concerns, but they helped us work through it all.

I stored my camping trailer at the Amsterdam facility over the winter, and it was dented in numerous places. The persons I spoke with denied that it was damaged at that facility, but the trailer was not damaged when I dropped it off. The person who did the walk-around with me when I dropped it off, would not admit that it was not damaged when we did the walk-around.
Just purchased my second RV from Alpin Haus in Port Jervis NY. I feel they took care of me very well. Unit was in perfect condition. Walkthrough was great. Technician answered all my questions. Nick came in on his day off to see me drive off in the new RV. Everyone here is nice, No attitudes here. The technicians here are all cool....you can actually talk to them and they listen....I highly recommend Alpin Haus......
I just love Geof. He always works hard for us. The service dept. in Saratoga took their time with us on delivery. explained everthing very throughly.
