Rob (the foreman) and Jr. Were phenomenal. They fixed my slide issue right on the spot when I brought my camper in. It was a hot day and they were crawling around the ground under it and did not stop until they diagnosed and found the bad ground wire. Very personable and easy to deal with. I was very impressed, and they made the experience a 10.

So far so good. I bought a 2022 primetime.Have problems with hot water heater , Service said bring it in and would fix it right away. And the life time warranty was a deciding factor. See how it work in the future

Warranty work. I was charged for a service visit to repair a broken pipe. When the service tech arrived to do the repair, he realized that the entire pipe would need to be replaced rather than a small repair. I was charged for the service call even though it was the service tech who didn't diagnosis the issue properly the first time. I believe I should be credited for the service call. Also, my card was charged, but I never received the invoice associated with the charges. I am usually emailed an invoice. There were none received with the charges the last 2 times.

The work was scheduled very fast and was done quicker than our expectations.
I am shocked that I identify a repair issue, i.e. an exterior hose replacement and a cracked passenger side screen frame, and that I am billed. I informed the service desk for parts replacement. There is absolutely no valid reason to bill me when I identify the Year, Make and Model of my RV, and I am billed anyhow. Not that much money, but it is the principle. Alpin Haus charges for breathing on their property. My service rep, Brian Clark was excellent. This is a billing policy issue.
Had something’s broken on RV, saddlebags plastic inserts, ordered new parts over 3 months to come in, Went in to fix and came home with another broken piece. Called couldn’t get through to anyone, left message. When they did call back their “team” was supposed to get back by end of day, or first thing in the morning nothing yet...

Staff take the time to make sure you understand everything about your camper before you tow it off the lot. Great customer service, friendly sales department, easy to work with.
The service department sucks they're hard to get a hold of nobody ever returned your call
Trailer was not inspected in detail until day of pick up resulting in a one day delay to the pick up because of an issue (I adjusted my work schedule to support the initial pick up day then had to adjust again) Rust issues with the trailer frame were not corrected even though I was told that they would be. Trailer was dirty on the inside and outside, especially the roof. The inspection performed by the service department was inadequate. I have fixed many issues that should have been identified by the service department.
1. Window not shutting fully
2. Pocket door screws loose
3. Dirty trailer exterior, especially the roof
4. Roof sealant missing or inadequate in multiple locations
5. Dirty floor, countertop etc.
I was happy with my salesman but dissatisfied with the pick up and service experience.
My name is Doug Last name removed. I purchased a 2022 Tiffen Allegra motor home from your facility in May 2022. I have had a several issues and had hoped to have been able to resolve them by reading through all of the documentation that you supplied. I did have to make a few phone
calls to the Amsterdam facility and did receive some assistance. However, there were conversations with customer care staff they were already aware of some of the same problems that I am having. So I have to tell you I am less than impressed with your service after I was sold the unit. Specifically, the first issue is related to the televisions, which were turning on and off all at the same time and was told by your care center that Tiffen was aware of the problem but no one was able to provide me an answer of how to fix them. Secondly, I am having problems with my USB ports on my dashboard not working. I contacted your care center and was told that sometimes they don't work or wires become loose and I was instructed that I should try to access it from behind the dashboard to fix the issue.. This is a brand new motor home. I received a tutorial on the operations of the motor home, which was thorough and a bit overwhelming....the expectation is that everything would be working at peak performance. I have owned a number of travel-trailer and fifth-wheel campers for a number of years, so I do try to problem-solve. I understand that the Allegra motor home is a more advanced vehicle and that there can be occasional issue. There seems that a day doesn't go by without another issue occurring.
At this point, I am contemplating returning the motor home back to your Amsterdam facility.
