Your service department has been very good at keeping us informed about work being done to our camper. Very pleased with them!
Customer follow up
Great communication. Very friendly. They got the job done a week earlier than expected and for $500 less than quoted. They stayed later than closing time so that I could pick up my vehicle. They assisted me in collecting supplies that I needed out of my vehicle while it was in the shop. Overall wonderful experience.
Sales people are smooth. Front office people nice and friendly. Repair department cannot be trusted

The group of people
Well informed sales department and experienced customer service team
I had a great experience buying our 298 Grand Design Bunkhouse from Alpin Haus. It started out with a nice causal engagement with our sales representative Charles Weitz. Charles took us on short notice to show us the trailer. The following day we negotiated a deal on our dream trailer. I never felt pressured and the deal moved forward on my terms. When we arrived to pickup the trailer I had very high expectations on the condition that I would receive the unit in. My expectations were far exceeded. The unit was in pristine condition. The alpin haus representative (John) that walked us through the pre delivery inspection was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. We spent as much time as we needed to inspect the unit. Overall I am extremely pleased that I choose Alpin Haus and I look forward to doing business with them for a very long time.
Adam King has made both of our experiences at alpin haus very good and I would recommend him to anybody to be there salesman for a camper from you guys..
Follow up and keep your commitments. I purchased a motorhome from you nearly two years ago. I'm still waiting for needed repairs that haven't been addressed since April of last year, some going back to day one. There's been back-and-forth email correspondence with your service department and Tiffin in June, August, September, and November of 2023. Three promised follow-ups, but I'm still waiting. Why would I subject anyone to that?
Service department is second to none!
Excellent customer and vehicle service!
Service advisor Randy Robb and the service technician team fully understand my RV’s service needs and often exceed my expectations. Great to work with!
Great people. CJ and Don Terpening are awesome.
I bought a TiffyAlegro, what’s not to like.
When I come in for service it’s done right.
All good
You came to the house to get the camper & take back to your dealership for servicing, can’t get any better than that!!!!
You always treat us like a valued customer which we really appreciate.
Fair price and honesty
To many problems with the service department. There needs to be better management running the service department.
Everyone was very helpful and accommodating with our recent purchase of a new camper. Very nice dealership and buying experience.
Very pleased with the expertise of the service department in diagnosing and repairing my HVAC issues. There was good communication and a fair price for this service.
Support and problem solving
Great people
Had some warranty work that needed to be done, even though I didn't purchase the unit there they were willing to help me and my family with all of or issues.
Be more timely with repairs.

I am a realistic RV owner. I recognize the process (especially for warranty work) is slow. The communication from the service Team was non existent. In the two and a half months my unit was in the shop I never received an update phone call or email. My biggest concern was some water intrusion that was puddling on the kitchen counter. When I called to get an update- I was told my concern could not be duplicated. So imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my unit and found a puddle in the exact location I had reported. Worst of all in the time my unit was in the shop it was never charged and the batter disconnect was never employed. The continuous trickle drain and November-January cold has destroyed both house batteries. With no power- hookup was an unnecessary chore. Now that I am able to connect to shore power I can see that my LCD-house panel is dead- an issue I did not have BEFORE service.
No communication
Major concerns not addressed
A few hundred dollars of NEW damage (LCD Panel and Batteries)
What do I have to be satisfied about?
