Expensive work on trailer. And incomplete finish. Left battery cover off- fortunately I didn't lose it when I drove away. Didn't replace the hitch latch pin. On annual warrantee checkup $300+, I'm not sure they do the checklist- like roof seal, They didn't find brakes not working, tires cambered and unevenly worn, cracked wheel wells. These are things I saw after the warrantee checkup. I would like to see more care taken.
I was always informed as to the status of my camper.
I (we) had an issue to clear up about our popup.. regarding its annual forever warranty inspection results- and while it took awhile to resolve - we were given courteous, ongoing attention by an Alpin Haus representative ( Randy Robb). He met with us in person, communicated by phone when needed and the issues were resolved amicably.
Got an appointment promptly and they did the work well.
Make sure everything is checked over before the buyer comes to pick up there unit

The staff is very helpful
Randy in service attended to all of our warranty issues in a most courteous and responsive way. It’s great to go to a dealership that has a good inventory, but a wonderful service department is the testament to a well run operation. Service coordinators like Randy will continue to keep us as loyal customers of Alpin Haus!

The salesman Scott Armini is excellent. I would not deal with a different salesman. Service is excellent. They kept us well informed on things they were doing to our fifth wheel. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

We have been Alpine Haus Service customers for 25+ years and extremely pleased with the service provided. As we plan for early retirement, we decided to purchase our ultimate trailer to enjoy touring America. We did not hesitate to reach out to the Sales Department at Alpine Haus. From the initial cheerful voice on the phone to the salesman who walked us through the entire process, every single step of the sale was seamless. Even Ryan, the Owner, was available to congratulate us on our new RV. We would highly encourage everyone to experience the outstanding customer service that Alpine Haus offers. They are not just selling RVs they are making dreams come true.
The employees in the service department are helpful at resolving issues and getting repairs done.

Don Terpening (Sales) and Kyle Smith (Business Manager) did a fantastic job working with us on the purchase of a 2023 Grand Design Imagine. This was a long-distance transaction primarily handled by phone and email and included trading in our 2018 travel trailer.
Communications were very clear, and our questions/requests were addressed promptly. During my in-person visit to Alpin Haus in late December 2022, Don arranged to have the Imagine travel trailer moved inside so that viewing the trailer could be done at a comfortable temperature (much appreciated!). All of the paperwork for the purchase and trade-in was handled very smoothly.
We are impressed with Alpin Haus’ customer service. They will be 1) adding some modifications to the Imagine, 2) storing the Imagine for several months for us, and 3) transporting and setting up the Imagine at our seasonal campsite. We are very much looking forward to the 2023 camping season.

Our travel trailer has been at your shop since November 6th for an appointment on November 7.
After 6 weeks at your shop I don’t even have an estimate of the cost for repair work and no one answers the phone when I call. I occasionally get a text telling me an estimate is coming - but nothing has come by email or text to date.
I truly feel like I need to take a day off from my job to drive to the location to see if I can get an answer - and it shouldn’t be like that. The simple act of calling an owner and talking to them goes a long way.
Your people are so nice. Your problem is your phone system. Please fix it !
