When someone is purchasing a new camper.
It would be nice to be informed of the issues with the gaskets on the slide outs.
My camper is only four years old and I’ve already had to have gaskets replaced twice. Most recently the bottom gasket caused extensive rot to my floor. I had to go through my insurance company to get it repaired because it was not covered. I paid $22,000 for the camper and the repairs were over $8,000.
My camper stays in one spot Year-round. And I keep it well-maintained. Little disappointing that I’ve had to have these issues with water getting into the camper. Other than that the staff that works there are all courteous and professional.

I Purchased a Class B Motorhome 3yrs ago and I have no regrets. My only complaint is that they are almost 1 hour away from home. I drive by several closer RV dealers to get there but it's well worth doing so. Special thank to Randy and Jennifer and all the service crew.

We started our search with a different dealer but decided to purchase at Alpin Haus because of our interactions with these fantastic people! My wife and I left the showroom after our demo and signing with smiles on our faces in disbelief at how well we were treated and how knowledgeable and welcoming every employee we crossed paths with at the Port Jervis location. We are very happy to hear about the new location because it will be where we buy our next RV.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our rv was beautiful when we picked it up. They discovered a small tear in the roof membrane and not only told us but took 1,000 off. The tear was a cm.

We had a great experience with Brandon, he helped guide us through the whole process and we would love to work with him again. Chris gave us a great walk-through, Kyle and Amy did a great job handling the paperwork, and Mike was hilarious and made sure our trailer brakes worked before we left. What we like best about Alpin Haus is the people. We could tell they genuinely cared and wanted to make sure we loved our RV and got home safely. Best RV purchase experience we’ve had. Thank you!
I have had my RV winterized and stored at Alpine Haus in Amsterdam 2 times and each time I picked it up after it had been dewinterized I had problems with the rig on my first trip of the season. I wish that Alpine Haus would add a walk through of the RV to the pickup process. That is my only concern. Everything else about Alpine Haus I would rate a 9 and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Well, first off you can't do anything to make it right.
NICK, our salesperson was great. however when fifth. wheel was delivered to our home the cabinet door in kitchen was suppose to be strapped down and it was not. during transport damage was done to the outside of door. CALLED immediately to report incident of damaged door. also the fan shroud was cracked and I reported that also. one of the tire monitoring tire pressure did not work. this was also reported. told us we had to now bring the trailer back to them and they would take care of all of the problems. I was told that fifth wheel was ready to pick it up. pulled in the yard and notice that there was damage done to the front of the brans new fifth wheel. Someone in the yard hit it while it was parked and no-one ever called to notify us about the incident . it was hit and it was cracked it had to go to a body shop. we just had the protective coating put on unit. we where informed that the body shop would reseal it where the damage was done. not even sure if that was completed. went to pick up unit from Alpin Haus the second time and returned home at which time we put slides out went into the unit and Cabinet door was still damaged and fan shroud was still cracked and the tire pressure gauge was not replaced.. mind you the unit was there for 2 weeks plus. it was getting close for us to leave NY as we where moving. we made so many phone calls about the repairs that at that point we could wait no longer . repairs where never taken care of. Every time we called there was an excuse or no one ever answered or returned our calls. it was a nightmare. they finally mailed us a tire gauge to us when we moved. after all the phone calls they said they would finally replace the door, but it was too late because we had moved, We bought the top of the line luxury fifth wheel , our first ever. We were so disappointed in the overall service of ALPIN HAUS. Buyer beware. I would not recommend this company for anything.
