They got all the items fixed that I asked them to fix in a very acceptable time frame. Nobody is perfect but Alpin Haus admitted when they didn't get something right and took it upon themselves to get it right with no pain to me. Unfortunately not a very common occurrence in this day. Very refreshing. Very easy to recommend them.
SALEMAN knew all about the RV and accomidated to or needs and price for out trade-in.
Everyone is very helpful. They showed us everything that our travel trailer has and how to use. Patiently answered all off our questions.

The Service Dept. is fantastic. Dave, our Service Advisor kept us informed about all repairs being done to our Motorhome. Communication is what most folks want when having work done on their motorhome and Dave is very good at communicating.
The Alpin Haus technicians have pride in work well done. With our previous motorhome, purchased out of state we did not see the workmanship that we see at Alpin Haus. These folks are very professional and know what they are doing.
Without hesitation we will be having any needed future work done by the Service Team at Alpin Haus.

Much better experience than other dealerships we’ve been to. From the moment we walked in the door we got attention and hospitality. We got a camper with our wish list at a price point we were looking for. When we were late to our trade appointment due to a flat tire they were understanding and accommodating. When a problem was discovered with our new unit they were upfront and honest about it and made sure it got fixed before we took it home. The service, sales and finance team were all great. Thank you!

Friendly and accommodating
Service is outstanding. They treat their customers like VIPs. I would recommend them to anyone. Prices are competitive but you can trust them in them being there for you before, during and after your purchase. Its a different atmosphere then you get with the other competitors. I only wish they were closer to me. But if you aren't doing business with them you are probably being taken advantage of or at the very least just a number to someone else.
Service very good staff great & helpful
Service dept and sales dept are outstanding. Came in today to pick up my Grand Design Transcend. It was a pleasure dealing with Service Department, Theresa and Ron are great. I had a question about batteries and they both came out in the rain, when I was hooking up my Transcend, to assist and make sure everything was good.
Sales associate Charles Weitz greeted me as I entered building to say hello and answer any questions.
Highly recommend they go above and beyond!!

We bought our RV from Alpin Haus in 2018.We are very happy with our Thor Chateau 24F. The sales staff were a pleasure to work with and unlike other dealers that we talked to, there was no pressure to buy and the price fair.
The service has been outstanding. Scott Kedik, our service adviser is very helpful with recommendations for work that should be done. He takes the time to explain what and why the work needs to be done. Since in the past, I have done all my own repairs on my cars, my house, the RV I can be fussy about the work being done. The men at Alpin Haus have always done a great job. The RV is always clean and neat when they are finished and when it is fixed, we don't need to take it back.

All of the persons working there are friendly from the staff who sell you the trailer to going over all the trailer (all the buttons to push) all work well together great staff thank you all Liz and George hopkins😀

The service is beyond measure. Every question I had, I was treated with respect as all details were explained clearly. Sometimes information had to be repeated and everyone was patient with me.
Our entire experience was amazing from start to finish! The service was stellar and I would highly recommend Alpin Haus to everyone!
They were very understanding and helpful.
At a recent service, Alpin Haus techs failed to reattach the bolts securing the propane switch housing resulting in my driving 2.5 hours home with the sheet metal housing hanging off the LP lines. They broke the latches on 2 access panels inside the RV, broke a drawer slide and scratched the counter by placing items on the counter without any protection. It then took over a week to send me the repair hardware so I could fix their faults. To add insult to injury, they did not clean up their work areas - everything they touched was dirty or left with greasy hand prints. The service manager offered to fix everything, but frankly I'm not inclined to return based on this experience.

The staff at Alpin Haus was great; professional, friendly and helpful. My only commsnf is you charged us $290 to hook our camper up to our truck, stating it was for safety purposes and your staff was experienced in measuring and hooking up the camper. While we agree the young man that hooked our camper to our truck was excellent. It took him no longer than a 1/2 hour. In my opinion the cost for this service should be based on the length of time it takes the service person to hook up to the vehicle. Just my opinion.
The service department was very accommodating. The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional, I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone I know.
The staff is topnotch. The most knowledgeable and friendliest associates in this field. When walking in to finalize my purchase from the RV show, the entire staff was welcoming and made me feel important. The salesman (Asa) answered all my questions throughout the process. The finance guy (Keith) gave me very informed options I could have on my camper without being aggressive. He just gave me information so I could make MY OWN well informed decision. I would highly recommend Alpin Haus to anyone in the market for a camper. A++ all around!
