For more than a year, we've trusted our Thor Delano to Alpin Haus for several service items, as well as winterization and storage (and de-winterization).
Randy Robb in Service has been exceptional to work with.
Full service after the sale for those of us not mechanically inclined (or inclined to do mechanical work!), reasonable prices, friendly staff.

The product quality, The People and the responsiveness
Left my 2023 reflection for warranty work. In one week they pulled almost $900.00 from my checking account Without permission. No receipt. No phone call. Said it was for axle service. BUT, the two axles had to be replaced by grand design. Paid for axle service on axles that were to be replaced. Also, my valances and shades fell off. They put a couple of them on (half assed) ones not centered. Oh! Did I mention it took them over 3 months too do some of the work. Never gave me a new key I paid for. I have no words how awful-this facility is. Ask them for the $550 charge of the axle service back from $900. My answer “ call grand design… maybe they will refund me.” Well hopefully these new axles will not fly off on our first journey. STAY CLEAR DRIVE RIGHT BY. will be consulting an attorney

Finally the work was completed and I’m happy with the repair but, it took too long.
A lack of communication was also present.
Better communications with service work.
Very friendly and excellent service! After all a sale is NO good without the service to back it up! That is why we have bought so many Campers here! Great job service team at Saratoga Alpin Haus 😊

Service department and James motto are exceptional, we had a two year old camper destroyed in a storm . And the whole store from sales to service did there best to get our new one ready and delivered to us . This will be the third RV we have purchased from their store and would highly recommend them .

I had my van winterized recently. While the technician was friendly and tried his best, he was not familiar with winterizing my class B van. He had to refer to other technicians to complete the task. I believe all went well but I am not totally confident that the job was completed as it should have been. Hopefully there will be no issues over the winter with the water lines or Truman furnace. I hope that in the future only qualified techs will be assigned to perform this task so that I won't have these concerns.
All participants involved with the RV work were customer friendly and displayed very good customer service. In particular Eljay was very accommodating and went the extra mile in picking up and bringing back our RV. He is a special employee and represented Alpine Haus in exemplary fashion.
Improve the new RV inspection process.
our RV came riddled with electronics that were loose, and a bed that required about 2 to 3 hours of carpentry work to make it level. Also, our RV did not come with a front plate bracket that something that should’ve been done by the dealership with the pre-delivery inspection.
The number of rvs on your lot, so many to choose from! Service people are so nice too.

The service dept has been very cooperative in repairing the many problems we have had with our new 2023 Georgetown motorhome.
My camper has been with your Oakridge, NJ site for almost 60 days I've received a number of inaccurate information between Aplin Haus and Thor for an item under warranty that I was told was on order, approved not approved since mid August. Internal issues within your facility or incorrect communication from my understanding that my warranty was incorrectly used for another customer causing the delay. My alternator was not repaired in July 2023. I would be happy to speak with management and get this resolved, my camper repaired and returned. Thank you, Name removed Phone number removed.
