I was overcharged by $178. Then they said they would credit me back. I received $138 back. So I’m not impressed on how they handled charges. They also charged me the full amount for a service to my heater that doesn’t even work. Even when they told me they stopped halfway through. Apparently they just like taking my money.

$900 to make sure that a new camper is clean and working properly??? And it is in the shop for weeks now for the things that aren’t working properly. I hope my pipes don’t burst because I can’t winterize it since one of the problems is the water pump.

Your sales department is wonderful the service department is a nightmare. Had we known how it was before we purchased our camper we would never have bought from your location and we would not purchase from here again because of the service department.
