The front desk quickly provided me with a chock when I requested it. And the tech who did the work on my camper, I believe his name was Zac took a large amount of time to explain to me all of the work he did and explained a few times to me how I would start up again in the spring. He took the time until I fully understood which was greatly appreciated.
Customer service was nice but the price for repair was outrageous. I understand that the way they planned the repair would cost a lot of money but maybe they could have suggested a less expensive way to repair problem that may not have been the perfect way. $7000 to repair a camper that is currently going for $12,000 is way too much.
So this is my rating for customer service in Orange County.
My rating for Alpine House of New Jersey is a big fat 0. We just purchased the camper last year. We were told they did all of this inspection stuff. Well, on our first trip out we got to Chicago and needed brakes and rotetrs. $800!!! Now, we find a window leak - that is obviously not new to cause so much damage!!! Obviously they did NOT do the inspections indicated!!!!
Now that I think of it I will be reporting this on numerous sites!!!!! Stay away from Alpine House in New Jersey!!!!!!
Scott from service dept was extremely helpful when we were locked out of our brand new camper due to a entry door lock failure.
Jennifer in service depth, got the parts needed, had the repairs performed professionally and within the estimate provided, Great Job
Thank you to the staff in Amsterdam especially Theresa for the quick service on our travel trailer. When it's 40 degrees and the heater dies it's a tough start to vacation.
When the Saratoga dealer says no and Theresa tells you yes it means the world to my family and myself.

I have paid out over $1500.00, and have been waiting since may to get my camper fixed, and nothing has been fixed. I am no further ahead now then i was four months ago. I am intending on calling today and speaking to a manager, if the problem is not fixed soon i will have no choice but to call the better business burrow.

Better communications in the service department.
The rib in closet that got wet due to leaking was not replaced even though it was under warranty. The wood is splitting. We bought camper in spring and have not used it because of leaks. We brought it back for leaks couple months ago and we were told it was fixed super good and then the next rain water came it. I have spent multiple trips towing camper to alpin Haus costing me couple hundred dollars. Los my entire camping season even though I bought NEW camper. I have been offered nothing so far and am very disappointed

The service or parts side of things could be better. We had an issue with a missing antenna for the camera we had installed. We called about it several times and we were told they are looking and would let us know. We never heard back so we ended up looking into it and buying a replacement ourselves. We have not inform you that we have purchase our own to see if we heard from the service or parts department. It has been about 3 weeks and still nothing. Also we had an issue with our power cord. Our campers power cord was MIA we called several times to try and resolve the issue. We did get a call back to ask a question. A few days went by and we didn't hear anything. It was not until I stopped in that a new cord was ordered. Nothing was being done and no communication to the customer. As it is, we missed a planned weekend of camping with our children because of the missing cord and would have missed a second weekend if I didn't make a point of stopping in rather than waiting for a call. It comes down the service/parts department needs to have better customer service, better communication.
The sales people and financial people were great. They were attentive, responsive, the whole process went smoothly.
At no fault to us parts went *missing*and our vacation had to be cancelled and no summer getaways for us. But you guys certainly got paid every month from us.

The improper way you stored the trailer causing the trailer to twist racking all the storage hatch doors
It has taken two seasons to get trailer fixed.
The problems have been corrected this past week.
Service dept has friendly employees, like Jennifer, that mostly take good care of you. They have some real good techs, like Erik.

I've owned this unit for over a month and haven't been able to use it yet you are the same or worst than camping world extremely disappointed
When ordering the parts make sure they are the correct parts so it does not take more than a few weeks to fix.
The sales people and the people that work there, Grace and the other girl are very nice and polite. The problem I have is when you bring it in and you need a part for warranty that it takes two being at the company of the Camper place should make you wait so long to get these parts make you look bad frustrating for the owner of the camper should be kept in stock on the shelves like circuit boards, computers, simple points, so you can change them out put them back in stock. I understand it’s not your fault. It’s the manufacture and this should be better of the sparing to get those parts right away, wait 2 1/2 weeks to get a trap for is not good otherwise and everybody there every night and fuzzy weeks to get it itself I understand.

They were excellent at explaining what had to be done and estimated the cost and how long it would take and it ended up to as projected. I would highly recommend your service department because of the friendly professionalism your staff showed me. While I don't know for sure, until we get a hard rain storm, if the leak problem was fixed in my roof I have confidence in their workmanship.

Right from the time I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and greeted me immediately.
Steve Frania was a fantastic salesman! He listened and took notes on everything. Steve was very knowledgeable and found out anything he wasn’t sure about. He has a great sense of humor and we laughed a lot! Phone calls and texts were always answered quickly. Steve found me the perfect step up from my Pop Up Camper. Can’t wait for my Maiden trip in September!

Alpin Haus offers the very best in RV selection, service and affordability. Since our purchase of a 22MLE XL two years ago, we remain convinced that Alpin Haus was the right choice. The few service-related issues regarding our travel trailer were corrected expeditiously. We will return to Alpin Haus for our next RV in a few years.
