Service was good
Geoff listened to our needs, requirements and price range and then selected RV’s that satisfied those criteria. We ended up within budget, upgrade from previous rig and didn’t waste time looking at rv’s that didn’t suit.
No one answers phones. No one returns calls. Service personnel at desk are incompetent.
Never saw a business run like that. Training on the new camper lasted 30 minutes with too much personal BS. No invitation for follow up training on items missed or overlooked.
After leaving messages and never getting a human being after two weeks of calling and never getting a return call on our messages, we are shocked that a successful family run business that boasts a picture wall and high morale, let the customer become completely neglected after the purchase. Personally, some house cleaning with a new broom and a focus on communication after the purchase would help.
On the day we paid for the camper, they put a VIP strap around our neck. That was short-lived.

Our whole experience of buying a camper from you and keeping it maintained has been an absolute nightmare. Your service department is the absolute worst thing we have ever dealt with. We are in the process of selling our camper because we never want to deal with you ever again.

Trying to get you to fix things that should of been done before delivery has been a nightmare and every time you come out I had to pay 240.00 for a brand new trailer it only took about 15 calls the service department call back is the worse I have ever dealt with wish I could get my money back for the extended warranty I can’t get them to fix regular warranty what’s going to happen when I need extended warranty work done
My camper has been in service since 6/23/2025. I purchased a brand-new camper and have missed the entire camping season. The issue is still not resolved, and it is impossible to reach anyone in the service department by phone. This whole experience has been horrible, and I am sure to make other potential customers aware to prevent them from going through the same thing. I have owned three previous campers and never had an experience like this. Just awful

Prompt professional service
Our Forest River camper is being serviced presently at Alpin Haus after a horrible experience with Blue Compass where we purchased it over a year ago. Their service department at Blue Compass could NOT be worse. Forest River recommended Alpin Haus and we could not be more pleased ....thanks to Rusty for helping us as we had no hot water and no air conditioning after using our new camper 3 times! Hopefully, now our problems will be resolved soon so that we may use our camper before he Winter!!
My first few services were great. Although not dependable to arrive within the hours stated. The last service the Tech did not show up for 1.5 hours later and I was not home. I was told the repair was done but as far as I am cocerned nothing was completed. I am still having the same issue with my awning not extending properly. Had He come when scheduled and I would have been home, I could have extended the awning to show him the problem, Instead nothing seems to have been fixed. I am very dissapointed in the last service and I do not get any satisfaction when I call. It is even difficult to get a return phone call.
Scott was my salesman, professional, friendly, and helped us work a good deal. Jim in finance was great to deal with also
Our salesman Anthony Graf, business manager James Bearcroft camp advisor Clayton Van Valkenburgh and our walkthrough person Jeff were amazing. We first went to Saratoga and our “salesman” Sal Pupilla did not know anything about the camper quoted me a price without checking our credit score and the manager wouldn’t talk to me-he was busy-but I believe it was because I was a “wife” . Went to Amsterdam and the staff from reception to sales to business and beyond were so helpful and I highly recommend the people I mentioned in Amsterdam!

The used campers could be cleaner the recliner had mouse teard droppings under it Rich Last name removed
