As of today, the issue I had with the service department with Alpin Haus has been taken care of the service manager Matthew & I had some issues with, and invoice and communication were all resolved. I have been going to the Oak Ridge location since they open and have always had GREAT!! service, hope this will always continue. Thank you Matthew for your help. Katie Last name removed
My coach has been in your shop since the middle of May. The original problem was that the washing machine had failed.. it was replaced . When I got to coach home, tried to put the bedroom slide out so that we could put our goods back in the closet next to the washer but the bedroom slide would not work. The slide slide would only move a few inches with the extend button. Then I would have to double tap the retract to get the slide to move with the extend button. I plan to pick up the coach on Tuesday morning hopefully all the slides will be working.. this motorhome has been trouble ever since I bought it.

You told me you would call at the end of the day with what had to be done .No call!. I called you the end of the 2nd day both days you told me you where waiting on my warenty insurance. The 3rd day i called my insurance company and they said they never got a call from you. When i told you you said you where waiting on a part. SO DONT LIE TO THE COSTOMER

It took too long to identify a problem and secure the parts needed for repair. The RV was at the shop for over 1 month.
When we first bought our camper it was like a family. Now it’s not even close to that. We had a great salesman and service advisor! Now we feel like no one listens, they are just out to make a buck. It’s not the same and it’s very sad.

on multiple occasions, repairs have been ignored or unfound, additional damage has been done by your staff addressing repairs with a refusal to cover the repairs for the damage caused by the maintenance/repair staff—the constant need to contact about repair status to find no work was done over 2 weeks until we call and ask for updates. No paperwork was submitted, no parts were ordered, and no work was done.
When we purchased your sales department and our sales rep was a 10 out of 10. your service department is below any acceptable standard.
Blake and Tommy went above and beyond to fix our RV quickly and they saved our 2.5 week vacation that we had just begun. Excellent! Jennifer at the desk was helpful as well. Thanks you all. J&K-Kentucky

Always very polite and ready to help. When we were having trouble with a manufacture, the service manager and one of the owners went out of their way to rectify the situation. We were very happy with the end results.

Would be nice if someone actually responded to emails and text messages after we purchased our camper and never received keys for our camper and had an issue with our slide. Would have been nice to have had the camper have no issues the day we picked it up.
We email our salesman on 8/6/24 and never received a response. Texted our salesman on 8/15/24 and never received a response.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Discrepancy for charge of propane filling was resolved to my advantage. I didn’t mind paying a fair price for 5 gallons. Hot water tank was left empty after flushing for forever warranty. Happy I noticed prior to using. Staff was friendly but prior years service seemed more professionally performed.
I bought a toyhauler from Alpin Haus in 2019. I have had excellent service ever since.
I have stored my trailer there every winter and I feel their prices for winterization and storage are very fair. When I had a recall, it was very easy. They requested a picture of the part to be sure it met the recall and then set up an appointment and it was taken care of right away.
I am very happy with Alpin Haus.
Very pleased and surprised how fast, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable they all were. Ray in sale was super responsive about each question we had via phone and online form their Internet posting for a camper we have been searching for quite a while. Chris walked us through the inspection and instructions on the workings of our new to us camper. Then Alex was very good knowing the procedure for temporary plates and signing of all the sale documents. We traveled 3 hours to buy our camper only seeing pictures and the words of Ray. We would definitely buy again and tell our friends to look into Alpin Haus RV in Oak ridge, New Jersey. Thank you all involved!!
I have been going to you guys for the last few years have never had a complaint. Had my RV worked on in the past two months am disagreeing with a bill that I was charged have been up there several times to talk to Matthew and Amanda in the past week. I have called many times nobody answers. Nobody returns any of my text and very dissatisfied at this point with the service that at least I could get a phone call back with an explanation
