We purchased an R-Pod, which appears to be well made. The sales associate was well informed and knowledgeable about their products, yet he was not pushy will the sale.
We have always been impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the dealership. Everyone that we have encountered has been friendly and Professional. We have also found a willingness from the management to finalize a deal.

The team that I worked with (Greg Last name removed and Justin Foote) made this purchase very simple and it happened quicker than we expected. Got a good deal and very good service. This is the second unit we have bought at Alpin Haus in Amsterdam.
We got lucky and we were hooked up with a very experienced salesman, Greg Clark, and he was a big help. He steered us to the perfect model for us. Everything went pretty well for the most part when we "closed the deal" and picked up our new Solitude 382wb, a couple minor things were missed by Grand Design..broken screen, some missing or subbed items.. not the dealers fault but, they were basically stuck dealing with it.

I turned in with our motor home a full tank of gas, a front window cover and special floor mats for a Ford E450. These items cost around $300+. On my purchase I'm charged for a battery and box (the word is camping package) and a "starter kit" (includes a 10' sewer hose - that is too short for most parks, a sewer hose elbow, a 30/15 amp electrical connector and a water hose). Just for a minute think that when you buy a camper with a 50 amp service, why would you provide a 30/15 amp plug? With our sales package you give a card for picking up the "starter kit" (that we paid for).
Now I need to purchase an $18 50/30 amp plug the camper. When asked where the fairness is when I had to pay for the "starter kit" plus I turned in items with around $300 value, yet I still have to buy a plug that should have either been in the package or offered free.
I felt fairly good about our purchase of the camper but was left with a very bitter taste after being charged for the adapter that I needed and should have been included with the unit.

So far every aspect of looking at and purchasing our RV has been above par. The lot just happened to have the RV we were looking for, but didn’t see it until looking at 2-3 others.
One negative aspect is you’re not allowed to take delivery and tow a travel trailer without having the dealership install of of their weight distribution hitches, that you have to purchase from them. I wasn’t worried about weight distribution as I have a one ton truck that far exceeds the tongue weight of the trailer. I was more concerned with trailer sway and wanted to install a hitch that would prevent this. So I have to pay $200.00 to have my RV delivered without a weight distribution hitch installed at my expense. I just couldn’t see paying $890.00 for a weight distribution hitch that would serve little purpose on my rig. I opted for a 3-P Hensley hitch that prevents trailer sway. Cost $3K + but will actually serve a purpose vice a regular weight distribution hitch.
Prompt service, Service Provider’s/technicians are very knowledgeable and answered all questions that I have. They are thorough and detail oriented in their service duties.
Sales force could be better informed.

When i went to service desk, three workers in office were not wearing a mask. After about 3 minutes doing work order with the guy i asked him if they weren't required to wear a mask, he said I'm sorry, put on one then told me he had been vacinnated.
Everyone is very peasant and everyone know their product they are showing or you want to purchase.
We purchased a no bo camper just the size he wanted. It will be easy to pull behind his Jeep
Gladiator. The sale guy Geoffrey Smith did a good job on the sale and making sure it was ordered the way we wanted it with extra things that we needed for our camping experience. They are all friendly people who work at Alpin Haus. They do a good job there at this company I want to to the time and thank you all for your help with our rv experience. Wrong credit card was charged.
Then right credit card was charged BEFORE the credit was on the wrong card.
For days I had $5,000 on my credit cards for the $2,500 in services.
I notified the company of the issue but didn’t even get a call
