Our pick-up/training experience was not ideal. Given the pandemic, we'd suggest sending links to training videos, and shortening the time in the shop to any questions left unresolved by video training. Also, PLEASE make sure the trainer knows the details of the RV he/she is showing - we received inaccurate information about more than one important system of the RV. Also, there were minor hardware issues and we are awaiting a reply as to how to get those remedied.

Phone calls are not returned from service department. I contact the sales person to have him contact service department for me to get a return call. Just had camper inspected for the forever wrranty no explaintion off what was done or found. Have been waiting for a phone call from I think his name is John on possible trade in on what we have a MKS Transend for a smaller unit. This has been going on for about two weeks since mt wife spoke to Jeff.

Once sales has completed the sale, customer service goes out the window. For repairs on RV the service is terrible. They try to replace instead of repair when you know replace is not the solution or the only solution. They become rude when they don’t like your response to what they are trying to sell you. They will delay your repairs within limits to show their disdain.
You raised your winter storage fee by 50% for customers that purchased new class A from you and didn't inform them until they questioned the bill. Your Saratoga site raised their summer storage fee from 45.00 to 69.00 a month without informing me. The area is so poorly taken care of and the lot has all the new unpurchased inventory in the front six rows and the paid customers have to park in the way back. Its very sad and I'm truly considering getting a concrete pad to keep it at my house when my dealership does not value their customers.
All the people I met and dealt with were very friendly and professional. All my calls were answered or quickly called back if I left a message. Jake is an outstanding salesman never pushy but always suggesting other alternatives that never exceeded the budget. The stocked parts and accessories room is amazing.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Buying a camper was a great investment especially since the covid pandemic hit the following year. Thank goodness for camping to help us keep our sanity!

The trailer wasn't washed , the radio didn't work, the awning lights didn't work, someone scraped the whole side of the camper since we bought and of course we didn't see it when we're down there getting our service, you weren't ready with the hitch, and it didn't seem like a bunch of communication what's going on
Love the entire service department. I always wait on my vehicle so over the years it is so good to see familiar, friendly staff
Derek has taken care of me for a long time and his partner (sorry I can’t recall his name) has always been excellent to work with. My motor home has always been worked on and well maintained in this shop

Friendly and professional staff from the lady in the retail store to Will Talmadge in the Service Department. One time two years ago they checked out a sudden gas leak in our LP system . They did this while we waited and even offered us transportation to a local Diner while they worked on or unit

Improve scheduling appointments for walk through so customer doesn't have to wait 1 1/2 hours for an appointment
When we bought the camper on Feb 6th. There was a second battery case with jumpers, and the unused grill was under the bed. When we picked the camper up Wednesday, neither was there. Surprisingly the mount for the grill is still mounted on the rear bumper.
Dave Behuniak was great to work with, and Chris, who did the work, did a fine job, and I can't say enough about his 'can do' attitude. Although our interaction was brief, he is the type of employee I valued so highly in my business.
This type of service is really important to an RV owner--and it leads directly to the Sales department. I will make it a point to make sure others hear of our experience.
