Convenient, close location to get services completed.
Was very disappointed in the treatment I received when I bought my 3rd 5th wheel of of them in in 5 years.
Have been dealing with Alpin Haus since 1995 sales and service. They treat me like family. I travel past several dealerships to get to Alpin Haus every spring for annual service.
We are enjoying our new 5th wheel camper.
That our salesman was very knowledgeable and that we did not fell pressured to make a deal. He listened to what we wanted and what we could afford and did not try to sell us on anything other than that.
Heather is terrific. The young man who did our walk thru was also terrific and detailed. There's a lot to learn with the is rig... thank you..
I loved the process from Start to Finish. From buying the Travel Trailer to the walk thru and set up.. everything was delivered as promised. Very happy and satisfied

Honesty and do not try to over sell
Everyone at Alpin Haus are so helpful and wonderful. They return your phone calls, text messages and are always there to help you!
Feedback from service department regarding status and/or completion of scheduled work
Three things - 1. Charging $26 to check air pressure in 2 tires (maybe 3 if they included the spare) was surprising. I thought this would be included in the de-winterizing service. 2. My EAZ hitch was off center. I asked the service department to check it out. Whether they did or not I don’t know because when I returned it was neither adjusted nor did they advise that all I needed to do was loosen a bolt with an Allen wrench and adjust the part that swivel’s. I had to find a YouTube video for this. C’mon, you guys installed the hitch, shouldn’t you know your product? 3. Water cap missing. Found this out after I got the travel trailer home. I left a voice mail message, but shouldn’t the technician who did the work check that everything is put back and secured?
On the plus side, the Service Assistant Manager was polite and answered all my questions about after market accessories.
Friendliness of the service department
Greg in sales and Jim in finance are incredibly easy to work with and very patient, and also incredibly knowledgeable.
You never fixed my furnace and now it's 3 in the morning and we don't have heat. You never fixed my counter top. I have a scratch in my screen door and the screen is ripped. I asked you to fix the leaks between my awning and camper and you made it worse. This has been the worst experience in owning a new camper. It's nice to have a 2 year old camper that I can't rely on and a dealership that doesn't care to listen to the customer.

Left our camper for winter storage. I called and told them when I wanted to pick it up they said it would be ready. When we arrived today it was sitting out front waiting for us. Quick & simple.
Now I'm ready !! The point in my life where it's time to travel my own country , and see what I served for all of half a life time.
We searched all winter long on the web, and in person to all of the surrounding dealers. we knew we found the right place , and the right salesman ( David Bulmer ). David's knowledge, and personal experience in the industry helped us find exactly what we needed to fit our goals.

All the people we dealt with were professional, thorough and friendly. There were sufficient amount of campers to choose from.
Because every time I bring my RV there something either happens to my RV while you all have it or so when I come to pick it up something else is wrong and I have to bring it back. Or when you all do repairs you don't do them correctly and I have to QC them and find they were not done properly. I shouldn't have to be the QC for repairs!!! You all should already have someone that does that. For the price I pay per hour for repair and stuff it's ridiculous that it isn't done correctly the first time.
