I’ve wasted 2 trips (3-4 hours each) to get a backup camera installed. The first time I was told they didn’t have time to do it and that it was quite labor intensive. The second time they said they installed it but the tech didn’t actually read the instructions and put the transmitter on the roof, it wasn’t waterproof so it broke right after it rained. I now have a broken $180 camera and I’ve wasted $400+ in labor costs plus my time. I also now have 9 holes in my roof where they screwed in the camera.
If you want to make it right, refund me the cost of the camera and all labor I’ve paid towards the install to date. Also remove the camera that was installed incorrectly and fill all the holes that were made in the roof.
Alpin Haus of Saratoga has an excellent staff as well as top of the line RVs I have personally purchased 5 units from them and 6 of my close friends and family have also purchased one or more campers from them they are always there for all your needs especially after the sale. I highly recommend them for every aspect of your RV needs weather it’s sales or service
We want to give a huge shout out to our salesman Greg and Shawn who did our demo. Any little issues we had were handled with no problem. There are always LITTLE bumps in the road but it is always handled. Shawn answered all the questions we had. Greg was there for us with any issues. This is the 4th RV we've bought from Greg. A total of 5 RV's from Alpin Haus from Amsterdam. They will always have our business.

Fantastic service from the call agents to service managers to techs. Amsterdam main location has large staff and many bays and always is so accommodating. Recently our appointment was incorrectly scheduled for Port Jervis and when we arrived at Amsterdam they were able to get us in right away at our appointment time despite scheduling oversight. Amsterdam team is always very respectful of our trailer unit and careful with it.
We purchased our Imagine RV in the fall of 2021 and Alpin Haus stored it for the winter at no charge. We picked it up yesterday and our experience was amazing!! Art, our sales person was just perfect from the minute we came in last fall. Our purchase was easy and the delivery yesterday completed the process seamlessly!
Shawn, the young man who went through the RV with us was extremely informative and was patient with all our questions and continued to remind us that we could call for help at any time. We even set up our warranty service check for this fall. We would recommend Alpin Haus to our friends and we can't wait to start the camping season!

We are very pleased with the service we receive at Alpin Haus in Saratoga Springs. The travel trailer drop off and pick up procedures are excellent. In Amsterdam, we have to surrender our truck and trailer. At Saratoga Springs, we can drop our trailer and go. The service guys take excellent care of our trailer. They have all the parts and filters we need to keep our trailer running in tip-top shape. We strongly recommend Alpin Haus in Saratoga Springs for your trailer service.
