We were sold a trailer which has had multiple issues. This 2019 we are told since is used has basically no warranty that your company will fix. We purchased in March and already have had to deal with inoperable leveling system, hot water heater malfunction, refrigerator unable to switch between gas and electric, hinge on outdoor kitchen failing causing us to be unable to close this compartment. I have forever warranty which I guess is useless since service department said they will not send anyone!! We have been forced to contact an outside service company. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to do this. This trailer was supposedly “ only used for a month” when we purchased it. Oh and the damaged inside bedroom trim that we were told would be fixed before the trailer was to be delivered at the end of April, is still not fixed. I’d like some to correct these issues immediately Phone number removed

Refrigerator has broke twice Alpin Haus has had my camper for four weeks to replace the main board in a refrigerator seems to be way too long for such a simple fix
Our trailer needed repair due to a manufacturing defect. AP went above and beyond to correct the issue and get the trailer back to us ASAP
Not all of the customers that buy a a motorhome or camper are looking for anything free when it comes to warranty work. I repaired so many things on my motorhome since I got it back in May of 2018 and if I didn’t do the work and brought it back for work it would still be there. It would be nice that your service people take the time to look and listen to the customer, and not just push them aside for the new customer who isn’t there for warranty work or just an unsatisfied customer.

Alpin Haus service dept was awesome, friendly and professional. Edward explained everything clearly and performed the repairs in a timley fashion! I WILL return to this dealer.

Every thing was good except for a couple of things, I bought a lot of new things including campers and I was charged for things that should be included in the price like the battery that’s part of the vehicle. You spend $50,000 and you not give any complementary stuff like the hose kit or something and when you pick up your camper and buy supplies for the first time every body give you a discount, any other camper I bought i did it’s the little things that bring people back but you gave a good price on the camper. When we were buying the camper the salesman was explaining what was included like the battery and hose kit toilet paper etc. when I got home and looked at the bill I was charged like $400 or so both me and my wife thought it was included in the sale price Which it should have been.

Service department is outstanding whenever I need them?
I spoke to Johan (spelling) in service who was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for the following week. Things ran behind schedule however ultimately the repair was made. It was more than originally quoted however I communicated with Dave who told me of the delay and Johan about the increase in price. It hasn’t rained so I’m hoping no leaks!

We are happy with the Motorhome, but seemed like the sale was a little rushed. I think that a more information concerning the RV could have been more forthcoming since we were first time Motorhome buyers.
You were quick to get my camper in for my roof leak,hopefully you found and repaired. Will see the next time it rains
The service people are super friendly & a qualified technician determined the refrigerator needed replacing. Although they don’t call me with the results of the diagnosis on the day they said, a call in took care of that. I would recommend them to anybody.
