The people at Alpin Haus are very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job installing a trailer brake controller on my truck.
We had Kelly as our sales rep and she was wonderful! Very personable and knowledgeable, would highly recommend anyone to go to see her, we are so happy with our new travel trailer!

Anyone can sell equipment but Alpin Haus has the best customer service and the sales people care about you after the sale
Our salesman, Brian, was very attentive and responsive, and even when we experienced our first issue after taking custody of our camper, Brian was extremely responsive, as was the service manager James. It was nice to see that we still mattered and that service and responsiveness was just as important after the sale.
Service department was great.
Dave B was very thorough in the planning and execution of various repairs and preventative maintenance to my motor home. He is always available to discuss options over the phone, then made the necessary arrangements to get me in and out of there, during a very busy time for the Service Department!
The good people of Alpin Haus are first class. We bought our first travel trailer last year and enjoyed a pandemic Summer camping all over the Northeast. We called Alpin Haus from the road and campgrounds several times and they always did their best to provide us with information. We get our Apex Nano trailer serviced at Alpin Haus and they take excellent care of it. We highly recommend Alpin Haus to anyone needing a trailer, equipment, or expert advice. The good people of Alpin Haus are great partners and good friends.
Have not yet taken delivery on the RV. Ask me again when I actually have it.

Scheduled my unit for inspection and furnace check and quote on tires. Ok it needed tires but they wouldn't inspect without new ones. Ok had them do it roof seal almost 700 dollars for 10 tubes of caulk I gave the ok. Furnace repair they did fix. But the new York State inspection and tires had to go to Warren tire. Who ever towed it must of drove like a lunatic the chairs which were strapped together were at the other end of the trailer. Went in too pay the bill and got told it was billed to card on file. I have never left a card on file or given blanket ok to use it card is now cancelled fortunately I had enough in that account to cover. I don't expect anyone to work for nothing but I don't like having my equipment misused and abused
I had a very good experience, all via phone and text, with our salesperson in choosing and learning about our travel trailer. He kept me in the loop with all of the delays and was always prompt in returning my texts or calls when I had questions. Was a great experience.
The only thing that wasn't as smooth as I would have liked was the pickup process. We came from 3 hours away, knew what we did and didn't want in the finance office and made sure we got there just before 10am so that we could get everything done and head home in the early afternoon. We are completely open and understanding to the fact that everyone needs to start somewhere but we were placed with a service guy that hadn't done a walkthrough before and that really held us back. I think in hindsight that person should have been accompanied with an experienced tech so that we didn't have to spend double the time doing the walkthrough to get our questions answered. They did do a couple of last-minute additions for us which we were thankful for, but the bulk of our time there was spent getting questions answered that could have been answered the first time around. Just wish had known how far we were going they would have taken that into consideration when pairing us with a tech for the walkthrough.
We didn't end up leaving the dealership until after 5pm.
We love the Grand Design brand. We’ve had 2 experiences with Alpin Haus and they’ve both been very good. We highly recommend Alpin Haus and Grand Design.
Jake did a great job, kept in touch but did not push me, everyone there very friendly and helpful, felt like the person who did the demo was a little pushy going through store after the demo

Very difficult to speak to anyone in service. Almost always have to leave a message.
We have the Forever Warranty and the extended warranty and neither would cover a minor repair(less than $100)...in my opinion we spent a lot of money on our trailer and warranties, you should have covered this repair. Bad business practice if you ask me. We are repeat customers.
Bought a new camper. The full experience was easy and the salesman and walk through technician were great.
They worked very hard to take care off warranty work on an RV we bought while we were on the road in the mid-west. I would recommend them to anyone.
Heather the sales rep was wonderful. She was very patient with all of my "demands" . She was able to show us several options that would fit within our budget. We are very pleased with our new travel trailer and look forward too many more summers at our seasonal camp.
Everyone was professional and friendly
We really love the staff. We have had our RV repaired there a few times which is usually miserable at other facilities. Everyone is so nice and helpful and we feel very comfortable with the level of service.
Matt and Ben were very helpful and informative when I brought my RV in for an inspection. Ben took the time to explain the bearing systems and even took time to get me the correct seals for when I repack the bearing.
Customer service is extremely responsive and highly professional.
