I like the fact that you offer everything from the beginning of the process to the end and then sum. I am speaking about the servicing for winter and the opportunity to store it on your property.
The people you have working there were so friendly and nice. That is always important to me. Everyone from Patrick to Rob and all those in between were friendly. You have more men then woman working there but all of them smiled and said hi, even those in the service store and parts store and the mechanics that I passed in the service building. I hope this means that the owners of Alpin Haus treat all their employees with respect, fairness and a decent wage with benefits.
Yes, I would recommend Alpin Haus to a friend looking for a camper or RV.

Making an appointment was easy. The work was done ahead of the time that was predicted when we checked in. The entire process was conducted conveniently and professionally and even in a friendly manner. The premises was amazingly clean and accommodations while waiting were comfortable. The entire staff were helpful. This appointment was not unusual; we have always felt that we were treated as if our satisfaction was important.
If I were asked, "what would make this appointment better" for us, I would not be able to suggest even one thing that would make it better.

My wife and I really liked the full walkthrough of our new camper. Service tech took the time to show us every system and accessories with the camper.
Staff is very helpful and courteous. Especially that Jerry in the store area..great guy and very knowledgeable.
Neither of us felt like the process flowed smoothly.
The service department is very good. When I picked up my travel trailer, there was a distinct lack of communications between the service office staff and the technicians. I was waiting at the wet end of the lot, and the trailer was put at the east end. I sat there waiting until a very considerate tech asked if he could help me. He then told me where my trailer was,

I have owned my 2021 Georgetown for 10 months without being able to use the loft bed because of a faulty power unit. The wrong part was sent 3 times. I have spent much time and money bringing my coach back and forth for the service. Dave, the service manager, has been very helpful and is attune to my situation and is doing all he can to help. However, it doesn’t mitigate the fact I have not had a fully working coach. Is there a possibility this could be repaired on site so I do not have to bring the coach in again?

I was afraid that because my rig was older and my needs small that they would dismiss me and make me feel like I didn't belong. Just the opposite, they were kind, shared knowledge and went out of their way to be helpful.

Had my motorhome for a month poor communications at best if I did not call I did not get any call back finally after talking with the manufacturer and everybody else we decided to fix it the way I want to do it in the first place
Excellent service and people. We picked up our new Imagine BH2800 on 4/28/21 and had a full camper review inside and out. All questions were answered and Kyle and Jeff were awesome with making sure our Equalizer hitch was set up properly for the camper load. Their expertise shows!

batterys were so dead couldnt let 5th wheel down and vents were wide open
1. Impossible to talk to somebody when you call. The service phone always rolls over to voicemail.
2. Pick up policies do not make sense.
It’s the same experience every single year for the last five years. I’m starting to second-guess why I drive two hours to your dealership.
Courteous and professional always do a good job
It was nice not to have to wait for weeks to get the van in for service and also didn't have a long wait once I dropped it off because I had to wait because I live too far away to leave it overnight.
Service person was very friendly.
My only complaint is that the van, after the de-winterization process was complete, was not left very clean. There was evidence of the pink antifreeze fluid, especially in the bathroom. The worst was the tracks for the bathroom sliding door were filthy with lots of dirt and pink antifreeze. They are a pain to clean which is why they were probably ignored. Other surfaces did not looked like they had been wiped down either. I haven't actually tried to use the water yet to see if it runs clean because it's been too cold. Hopefully the lines were thoroughly cleaned and the tank emptied completely, which I will check in a few weeks.
Our service manager, Dave went above and beyond the call of duty to get us the service we needed while keeping us on our schedule. The service technicians that worked on out unit checked and made repairs that we didn't even know about.
I would not by or service and RV unit at any other dealership, any where.
