I am a recent purchaser of a RV from Alpin Haus and so far I feel the techs that come out to service RV are very attentive to issues. I've only had one call since my new Montana 5th wheel was delivered on 9/1 but have another scheduled on 9/16.
The sales side of my purchase was excellent from the sales rep. side, the finance department and the walk through of my RV prior to delivery.
I am looking forward in building a great relationship with Alpin Haus.

My unit went in for service on time and was done in a timely manner.

The same can be said for sales dept. they took me out to see a class A i saw on line.
All wore masks and saw the rest rooms cleaned twice and canteen as well.

1. Inaccurate information that cost me much more $ than I was originally quoted. (Parts Dept).
1a. New information eventually addressed issue 2 weeks later, second appt/trip to Port Jervis. Low confidence in Parts Dept.

Went to wash my camper today after being picked up days prior only to notice that someone backed my camper into something. Not at all happy

My rv has had ialit of complications .
I don't have a problem with you or your service but our neighbor bought a new 5th wheel from you and had nothing but problems. It took forever for you to fix something that was wrong and it broke again a few days later.
My camper had to go to Alpine Haus for a few recalls. Scheduling and getting the recalls taken care of was flawless. Additionally once going to set up at our campsite I had a few problems with the TV refrigerator and leveling system. The technician walked me through everything I needed to do which turned out to be just a bad battery. I highly recommend their service department for any needs that you need.

At least two items (TV and Furnace) were deemed to be working correctly and I know neither of them are.
There was a lot of confusion as to what I needed repaired and what the symptoms were.

I wan to say the work they did on the RV looks great, but I had some issues beyond that.
I received my keys from the service department and went to check the RV. Glad I did!
1. The RV door was locked but not closed. Alpin Haus does not have a secure yard so my camper was left open for anyone to get into.
2. Also the battery switch was left on and the battery was dead.
3. Wheel chock I used in the field across the street is gone.
4. They left the RV at a height I almost could not get hooked up with. It was a good thing I have a RAM with an alternate tow height. Even with that I had to slide the RV on the plate to get it to engage. I know they use a tractor to move the RVs and that may have caused the difference.
All staff at Alpin Haus were great to work with.
You have all we need for the camper and the device man Lance was very informational on everything and did a awesome job showing us everything.
The personnel are super, friendly, knowledge and give a fair deal!
I am so impressed with the complete group of associates. I have only been there for service, but have talked with the sales folks. Everyone seems to be a very honest and very reputable.
We are glad to get our pop up fixed, but thought the labor rate was a bit steep. Not sure we would have had it repaired if we knew it was going to cost almost $4000 to get it fixed. But, we will get another year or two out of it before we will be able to sell it. Thank you especially for having the house call available.
