Sales outfitter at show room was excellent. Steve quill. No pushing, no upselling. Just focused on what we needed. Lots of choices. Everything was clean. He could answer any question we had. Payment for rig was seamless. Storage agreement was wonderful. Amazing experience.
I have been a long time customer of Alpin Haus but no more. I called Rt 30 Amsterdam in advance to inform them of my intentions to drop my (same) camper off for storage. They, in turn, called me back ,same day, to make sure it was already winterized. I told them it was. A very nice man said, ok, that's good, see me later. Not one word about a $51.00 increase in charges to store it outside in the weather. I could have done that myself for free !! And everyone I spoke to about that from paying in the store to going right back to the service department would say anything different than ..... we raised our prices. So loyal customers get nothing from you, not even a " the usual price for our loyal customers " deal at all. I told everyone there that could hear me how wrong this was !! $51.00 increase !!! Not in my book. So, long story short, I won't give you my very hard earned money next year or throughout the coming year.
I am a big fan of the Grand Designs line, staff and service people are excellent .

I like the Forever Warranty coverage on 2018 and newer campers, but doesn't meet my idea of 'Peace of Mind' as stated in brochure. I am satisfied with your Parts and Service departments, as they have been very helpful and accommodating.
I the business of customer service, it takes patience and a level head. I think their team does a good job with what gets thrown at them. They have always provide me with the best service they can. me
I Could not be happier everybody treated me like family my salesmen was Asa and Mark the sails. Manager and Keith in finance all went the extra mile to help me . And Ben and his men answered all my questions and came out to make sure that my 41 foot Grand Design Solitude would fit at my site I highly recommend buying at Alpin Haus I hade a.great experience
I currently have my camper there for possible warranty work and I love how they have made numerous calls to communicate and let me know where my units stands with the service department and factory status. People want to feel as 100 % involved and know that there investment is being looked after and is in good hands.
If I call the service Dept, no one ever returns my calls

Your staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Everyone took the time to answer all my questions. Heather even made a customized video of my camper so I could show it to family in California. The true test will be when it comes to service. Unfortunately, experiences in the past with your competitor makes me want to hold my final evaluation until I see how things go in that area. As for your sales department I would highly recommend Alpin Haus.

We had a 1:00 pm appointment for our trailer. We had it there at 12:00-12:15 pm. We went to lunch came back 2:00 o'clock and the trailer was still sitting outside.
We sat in the waiting area and no one came out to let us know what was going on with our trailer.
Our trailer wasn't taken in until 4:00 pm, four hours after our schedule appointment.
At about 4:15 pm Dominick from service came out to speak with us. He apologized for us having to be there all afternoon. He told us they were getting ready to do the recall work and were doing test on the furnace weren't finding anything. He said, they are going to have to pull the furnace out and do a bench diagnostic which would take at least 3 to 4 hours.
I was told by Kelly we would be able to bring the trailer back home the same day.
We told Dominick, that after today we would no longer be doing any further business with Alpin Haus.
Alpin Haus is always considerate of scheduling our service appointments. We drive from 3 hours East and they are always friendly and welcoming !
Technical knowledge of tv systems.
Your service department doesn’t return phone calls. When I dropped off my camper I left specific instructions to turn off battery disconnect and that was written on the work order but that request was ignored so I spent over a hour of my time waiting for battery’s to charge so I could hook up to my camper and leave. While we were there we looked at $100,000 plus camper and I can’t see myself spending my money here. 1
Love the GD 303RLS. Dave was fantastic to work with. Need to contact service about a few minor things, but so far all is good.
Convenient location right off the interstate coming west, some incline/decline on road leading to east onramp though not awful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service completed on time.
Alpin Haus has been responsive and fair in my dealings with them.

My new camper has been at your location for over a month for warranty work and I am having hard time getting answers
Communication. Went in with idea to build one and told needed $2000. Ended up buying one that had fallen though. However, were not aware of 20% down requirement for purchasing. So, when asked what we had to put down by F&I, we said the $2000, which we eventually got straightened out.
Always deliver on their promises. Very professional and courteous
My wife and I purchased a 5th wheel and loved the staff. Friendly and knowledgeable.
