Our Salesman, Dave Bulmer has been great, very attentive, and calls or emailed us back very quickly. When we found a camper layout that was at another Alpin Haus location, and we were going to drive the 100 miles to go see it, he met us there and spent hours with us. We never expected him to make that drive. Thank you Dave Bulmer!

Finished the work 1 day ahead of schedule
Well I had a water leak in the bathroom of my brand new camper and a ruined the bathroom vanity. I took it back down and finally got it fixed after 4 months then they supposedly did a pressure test to make sure there was no more leaks and as soon as I got it back the same thing happened again. Only this time I fixed the leak. It did not leak after that but it did ruin the bathroom vanity again and my camper again had to get it fixed and that took almost four full months. Tried to call down to reach someone no one answers and no one ever returns a phone call. And not only is it my camper but multiple in my area. But are definitely on the phone as soon as they winterize it and need their money.

customer service was not what i expected. no call backs when asked to. repairs seemed to take forever and was never notified when complete. calling to talk to someone forget it always an answering machine and like always never a returned call.
Service department has been an issue the last 3 years, the camper we purchased has been a let down from the first year we had it. Currently there is a nearly $5,000.00 estimate for repair to a 4 year old camper. that is either manufacturer related or wasnt caught during the annual inspection for my forever warranty that I paid for. Not to mention the first year $200 dollar grease and silcon job, the second year the camper fiberglass was damaged, not once but twice, the third year an awning fell on the side of my camper breaking the window, and when I went to pick it up the side of the camper had been damaged and wasnt fixed. then when that was fixed I went back another time to get it and the 7 pin plug was damaged, meaning I had to go back again after that was repaired. when I brought the camper home this time my power leed chord wasnt in the camper, and the one that they brought out has a broken collar. I can go on if you like.
The selection at alpin haus is outstanding, as are the sales people.
