The freindlyness of the sales people. When I take my trailer for service the service people are awear of things that need attention and fix these things
There was a significant mis-communication between AH and an outside vendor who was replacing the Durashield product on my coach under warranty. The work took much longer than we were told and we were forced to stay overnight to let it dry. (We live 125 miles away). I believe AH was at fault as the vendor told me that he had informed AH of his requirements necessary to perform the work, and that was lost somewhere along the way. It was never passed on to us.
Perhaps there are too many people involved behind the scenes at AH, including the warranty department, the service advisor, and the service technicians. Each situation with a customer can be different. Maybe operating procedures are too rigid leaving no opportunity for the staff to adapt to the specific, current needs of the customer.
However, at the end of the day, one service advisor stepped up and did a great job to rectify the situation. The installation came out well. We plan to continue do business with AH but will ask for that advisor on our next visit.
The service is really good. Friendly staff and they know how to answer all you questions. Very recommended.
You have high quality RVs and your salesmen are very helpful.

We purchased a 5th wheel Grand Design and took possession in Jan 2021. It is wonderful.
Where in Virginia last week and developed a leak in the shower. We called and Alpin Haus was able to see us Monday 9am. The leak was repaired by 10 am and on our way. Very knowledgeable and efficient. They go out of their way to accommodate.

Have a vehicle 2020 Forest River RV thahas spent more time fixing than basking in the Glory of retirement as anticipated far from the experience I’m having paying for a Product that cannot provide confidence to trip in 2020 ? Forest River Georgetown wow no bueno
My dealings with Dave Behuniak have fantastic! Our camper has been serviced and our camper was ready when he said it would be.
I have yet to have a reasonable experience with your service depart over the past three years. I really like my 2018 Tiffin Allegro but have made a decision to not go with the brand when it comes time to upgrade as there are not any other dealers within 100 miles of us.
Well 1st of all Phone calls do NOT get returned unfortunately, even from higher up!!
The Service Tech who worked on our camper till late afternoon, I can't praise him enough for everything he did for us. He needs to be praised and so does Dave from Service. He stayed in office till everything was in order for us. Seriously hope you guys do something good for those 3 guys. You need more Employees like them who CARE!!!
WE ASKED March 30th to have roof sealed, nope instead it was rush to find a guy to put on it day we are coming for it......
Left voice-mail after voice-mail daily and to please call back, which recording said they call back by days end, never got a call for a few days.
Forever Warranty, im still waiting to see if we lost that due to your mess up back in Sept. If we lost it we will NEVER be back. Worse Service ever since we bought our RV from you.

I don’t have enough experience with you to rate you higher or lower yet. I have paid the deposit and made two payments and I don’t even have my RV yet. I pick it up this weekend. So far the only thing that bothered me was that I asked to have a hitch installed on the back of the RV. And I have a text message saying that it was ok. And when I showed up to do the paperwork it wasn’t on there. So now I have to do it on my own. Not a great way to start but not the end of the world either. I’m hoping for a good relationship from now on. Fingers crossed!

Everything was very professional and you were all very easy to work with. I have already referred you to a couple of my friends.
Had a small problem and the service team was willing to take care of it right away. The staff are always helpful and listen to what the customer is saying
Sales was organized to help us cost the best travel trailer, pick up was smooth. The walk thru with Kyle and Randy was thorough, answered all out questions. One week later problems with water pump great conversation with service. They have the rig, with fix in a week. Service people excellent at explaining to us as new owners. Overall great experience.
Hard to communicate with service department, no reply’s to my emails or messages. I have over 20 defects with my new allegro rv, I am also very disappointment with the quality of the assembly of the components in Myra. Many defects and sloppy workmanship.
The communication of the service department and myself has been slow and lacking, I feel that I am not an important customer even though I purchased an new ( high end RV). I have called to contact the service department several times over the past weeks and left messages but no return. I want to speak with a top manager!

This is our 3rd purchase from Alpin Haus. It was easy dealing with Don in sales he was very knowledgeable about the Grand Design we purchased listened to what we wanted in a travel trailer and the first one he showed us was the one we purchased. James in financing was friendly and very helpful in the purchase process. Kyle who demoed the camper with us was friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the camper. Sales was professional and knowledgeable.
Service is horrible. No follow up. No calls back. Had my rv for 3 months. Called me to come pick up saying it was complete of repairs. NOTHING WAS DONE! now going on 4 months. The worst!

Buying locally is important to us as long as we feel the business has fair business practices, are ethical in dealing with consumers, price and quality of products are competitively priced and the staff are accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. They don’t need to know it all as individuals, but they do need to know who will know the answer and get back to us in a timely manner.
I would make sure that before your customers come to pick up their brand new camper that everything is working, shades are not broken, fridge isn’t dented and tables are not scratched. We were so excited to pick up our brand new 2021 fifth wheel. Our experience with picking it up was not what we had expected we had a appointment set for 3 weeks our camper should have been gone through and made sure everything was in working order! Needless to say it wasn’t and we stood around for almost four hours to bring it home!!!!! When the service manager came out to speak to us he told us that out camper had a complete work thru in October well its now April and no one made a walk through to make sure everything was in working order! We are deeply disappointed in our experience!! I highly doubt we would recommend any of our friends or family to buy a camper for you guys.

I have been overcharged an average of $50 per visit this year for service visits.
I have been refunded (still waiting on last one)
But this is not how business should be done.
