Great service.
We brought our camper in back in October of last year for warranty repairs and winterization. You have the camper for weeks and didn’t have parts to repair. You were waiting on a faucet and we needed to get our camper parked before a snow storm hit. You informed us that the faucet was still in order and you would call me after it arrived. I picked up the camper in November- hadn’t heard anything and it’s now March. After numerous phone calls I was told the faucet was returned and our repair was cancelled because we took the camper home. I was informed that had to start the process over again. I got ahold of the manufacturer and they informed me that you did indeed accept delivery of the faucet and you had it in your stock. Again,.. numerous phone calls-not a single one from your service dept manager and I found out that you did have my faucet. I went and picked up the faucet and I will be installing it myself. Additionally you overpriced my roof repair and submitted a claim to my insurance provider. The price was way over what should be an acceptable price without a warranty so we decided to go with RV armor who happens to offer a lifetime warranty at a much lower cost. Your service dept is in desperate need of better communication techniques with customers. I shouldn’t of had to wait months for a faucet, I shouldn’t of had to follow up, I shouldn’t of had to reach out to the manufacturer. This could have been an easy fix but it was a terrible experience. I will take my service elsewhere in the future. I would however like to give kudos to Denise Alvarez because she went out of her way to track down my faucet and honestly she provided superb customer service and communication skills. I hope you can use this feedback to make changes in how your service dept interacts with customers and conducts repairs.

You should have checked the seals on our camper last year and maybe we wouldn’t have the window leaking like it did and caused damage, I understand it is not part of the forever warranty but it wouldn’t have hurt to check them.

Wonderful customer service!
The sales team was spot on and worked with me every step of the way! My walk through was with an actual RV Tech that could answer all my questions. I was missing a hose for the outdoor shower and with a simple email you guys followed through and sent it out to me! I’ve purchased 2 travel trailers from Alpin Haus Port Jervis and there’s no doubt that I’ll be back for number 3 when the time comes!

We just purchased our first motorhome from you. We had dealt for years with another dealer in the Albany area, but our work was always done with you......as I could get service locally. Very pleased with entire process from start to to finish.

Well 1st off I have on my camper for 2 or 3 years and it has been in your lot more than I've been using it to fix issues over and over again being the same issues. Finally had to break down and fix it myself. The sails were great however service definitely needs Improving. I have called down there at least 20 times and left messages with no return phone calls. Then to get ahold of someone I have to call down there and be a jerk which I do not like doing. Also I have 5 other friends that deal would you guys and they are in the same boat when it comes to service.
It was very disappointing that my RV sat on your lot for just short of 5 months for Warranty repair work. The only communication was an occasional email. Then you get a text message saying to give a call and when you do you just get an answering machine. It’s very disheartening. Most likely in the future I will just have my mobile RV mechanic come to my shop and work on my Unit. I called your Amsterdam facility to get info on purchasing a new Solitude 3950 that was on the lot. Spoke to a salesman, I gave him my email, he said he would speak to his sales manager and email back a price. Never heard from him again. Not a great way to do business.

EVERYONE THERE IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND COURTESY AND HELPFUL I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE STORE AND THE PRODUCT THAT THEY SELL.
Their customer service is second to none as well as their financing department. They are always very quick to respond to questions and they are very polite.
To date you and the manufacturer,Forest River Group and Lippert Components have honored warranty claims even though I am the second owner of this unit. I would like to thank Derick in the maint. department for his outstanding service. We got off to a rocky start but once he realized that there was a problem he worked very hard to see the process thru to a satisfactory settlement for all concerned.

Great staff all around in a professional atmosphere. Made good on warranty repairs in a timely fashion. Lance in service is awesome, Charles in Sales is great as is everyone else that we had the privilege of working with. Keep up the great work, we love our 315RLTS Grand Design!
My team and I received exemplary service and care for repairs to my Montana. The staff were patient, thorough, easy to communicate with and painstakingly answered all our many questions. I havent felt this reassured about products or people in a long time. AlpinHaus service staff are the best!

The goal my wife and I set for purchasing a Tiffin Motorhome was to exceed our expectations and buying the motorhome we really wanted. With the help of Alpin Haus, mission accomplished!
Dave our salesperson understood our situation living in Massachusetts with Covid 19 surging and worked with us to make the two trips from Boston to Amsterdam (due to Covid restrictions at the Mass. Registry) far easier and less painless than we imagined it would be. Dave was very knowledgeable, understanding, and did a great job shepherding us through the ordering process and purchase of our new Tiffin 34PA.
Bill, our technician who worked with us at coach delivery, was also fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable of Tiffin and gave us a very thorough review of our new 34PA and its systems. This process is very difficult as there is so much information to absorb, but Bill’s friendly personality and calm assurance gave us confidence that we could jump behind the wheel, pull the rig out of the service bay and hit the road, (which we did!)
We say a big thank you to Dave, Bill and all the management and staff at Alpin Haus who made us feel very welcome during out time purchasing and picking up our new coach. They were all friendly, professional and very accommodating and made a process that can be pretty intimidating both fun and indeed exceed our expectations with our new Tiffin 34PA.
One final note, the ability to stay over as we did and have Bill and Dave available both days was a key to our experience. This is so intimidating absorbing so much information, that knowing we had some time to get comfortable in the coach, ask questions, and also get any little things fixed or attended to before we left were really big factors.
The service team is extremely friendly and very helpful. But ut your parking lot is way too small
From sales, to finance to the walkthrough this was a great experience. Do you remember what it feels like to be taken care of vs. taken an advantage of? Highly recommend.
Was expecting our motorhome to had been washed and clean. The motorohome was not clean and inside all the outside storage doors are full of dirt. We know the motorohome was take out to be repaired but did not expect it to be so filthy
