The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They work with you to make sure you are in the right RV that fits your “personality”! There is no pressure to buy-or upgrade like we just did. It’s more of an enjoyable experience in a relaxed atmosphere. Yes-you are going to spend money on something that is a “want” and not a “need”. So-do it with people that actually care about their customers. This is our second purchase with Alpin Haus and we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! The service department is exceptional also. We store our unit during the winter months and have all the maintenance done there. Seamless and convenient. Overall-a grade A RV Center!
The sales transaction was what I expected, painless, sales person Jake took care of my needs promptly, the pre-inspection before delivery went better than expected, technician found an issue, contacted the manufacture, and it was resolved within a short period of time, highly recommend.
As a single woman looking to purchase an RV I wasn't sure what to expect. The entire experience was very professional, thorough and stress-free. No pressure to buy and they made sure that all my questions were answered and that my needs and requirements in an RV that I outlined when we first sat down were met. Bill in service is a master know it all friendly and takes the time to explain what he’s fixin
Dave another tech in service seems young but so competent and friendly too
Dave the service writer is meticulous knowledgeable and thorough
Gerry in parts is ever so helpful in ordering parts and helping to find the right one for me and my application
Finally there’s Steve who made it all happen and got me into my motor home.
There is a receptionist who answers the phone’ it’s a great day at Alpinhaus’ with conviction and sincerity.
There are more a lot more who make my RV experience wonderful.
Amsterdam is my RV home and my home were I trust respect and count on the profession team.

Variety
I really like the salesman Mike Maoes who showed us our camper. He was a no pressure salesperson who let us take our time deciding between two campers. I really appreciated not being pressured to make this major decision. One suggestion I have is that when you put your deposit down on the camper you are given the pricing for additional service contracts. Dennis Monochello was very nice but when we were given the prices for the additional coverages which are several thousand dollars for 5 years of coverage it isn't a decision I could make on the spot. Something that pricy needs to be thought about in advance and you need time to study what each one offers. I felt sad that I had to sign a paper stating that I turned down these offers when I might have purchased them if I had time to review them in advance. I will still recommend Alpen Haus to my family and friends.
Everyone at Alpin Haus is very friendly. Very attentive. They listen to you. Also they do not judge you when you have a mishap. They listen to you and go full throttle to fix the issue. Very pleased with Alpin Haus.

Is that I have never had to wait along time for service, that Brian calls and updates me on everything. We have been going to Oakridge NJ since they open for service and have been very satisfied.

They said when we got there that the service would take 3 hours. They had our motorhome done in 3 hours. Randy in the service department was very good in explaining what was done. Thank you Alpin Haus.
Brian and your service department are a huge asset to Alpin Haus. My boat was in great hands, and meticulously cared for during maintenance and service. When the work was completed, the boat looked better than new. Brian kept me aware of the timeline, and reached out each step of the way. Our salesperson, Heather, went above and beyond to make sure that we saw every RV we wanted to see, knew all the features available, and made sure we got what we needed on top of what we wanted. She even went to another branch to get an RV we were excited to see. Lance explained how to use every single feature, gave us great advice, tons of information and the confidence we needed to get started.
They sell only Good quality stuff!! Boats, snowmobiles etc!! There not pushy salespeople!!
