Purchased an RV two years ago. We stay at a seasonal site and use road calls for winterization etc.

The staff are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accomodating. We have had to have a large number of repairs done to a motorhome we purchased used, not knowing there were issues. Theresa got us connected to parts and arranged the repairs with their more than competent mechanics. They also have a dump station and propane on site so we didn't have to make trips to different facilities.
First name removed in service always knows who I am and always takes care of me. Really appreciate the high level of service
My camper was dropped off on Saturday 10/3 for winterization, inspection and forever warranty to be completed on 10/5. I had to call on 10/7 to get an update. I was advised my camper was going to be worked on the afternoon of 10/8. I received a call on 10/9 that everything was completed but there was a crack in one of the per traps and I would hear back this week with a cost so I could approve the repair. I called today and left a message only to get no return phone call! I called again and did get an advisor only to get no update and somebody would call me back!

Called twice about getting a discount or covering the boat or waver runners winterization. Got no response I had to call back and they received a 15% discount. We have bought a fifth wheel camper and now a Yamaha jet boat that had a hole in it that I had to bring back to get it fixed. I was covered by warranty but i would think you would want to make it right at least give us a free winterization????

I was very displeased with the options that Alpin Haus gave me when my SeaDoo needed repair.
You qouted a price three times higher than I ended up paying.
Because you winterized it without fixing it I had to have it winterized again after I had the repair done.This caused me to spend even more money.
Great communication from Service Manager. Very good service technicians. All options are discussed and agreed to by us.
