Clean neat with plenty of room. Only wish the lock on the chain had a longer neck because people tend to twist it making hard to unlock because of lack of wiggle room.

Recently I went to the service department to store my RV. TEREASA was ready for me with all my paperwork and stickers. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She was pleasant and efficient!
Outstanding customer care and service! Having experienced a major tire blowout on our fifth wheel we needed some repairs and a check of all wiring, propane lines and slide operation. Alpin Haus Amsterdam, our site of purchase, was able to get us in on the next business day to evaluate, performed repairs and had us safely back on the road. You just can’t get better than that! I have a 2018 Sun Tracker pontoon that features a changing room. The lifts for this compartment rusted, talked to the service manager, he said I had plenty of warranty, bring it in. So this repeated 3 times and it’s still not done right, decided to give it a shot myself. Not the manager‘s fault he’s a very knowledgeable guy, but it seemed like a simple fix and it wasn’t taken care of. A second signature might be needed when a boat or RV leaves a repair shop.

Our RV was purchased in North Jersey as was our extended warranty. I had called regarding our couch bed because it was broken. I was told by a female employee that it was covered. I brought it in for replacement, and to winterize and store my RV. When we picked it up, we noticed no replacement had taken place.
I was put in touch with a gentleman from Alpin Haus, not long after the original owners sold .
He informed me the couch was not covered under our extended warranty...even though it was the best warranty offered. At the time of purchase we were told it covered everything.
Garrick told us it was covered...but once Alpin Haus took over, my warranty request, which was originally approved, was overturned and denied.
Service department in Wilton are the best.
We have purchased 5 Fifth wheel trailers from them and will continue to not only purchase but to have all of our service done by them. They have been responsive to any issues we have encountered over the years
I’ve only had good experiences with my service advisor’s. My problem has been with Jayco and the inferior product I got from them and all the fights I’ve had to have with them to correct my issues !

Alpinhaus sells and stands by their products! We first purchased from Alpinhaus in 2003 and have never been disappointed with our services of them closing our pool and hot tub.
Brought in my 2024 Cougar. The dead bolt did not work from inside or the key. The unit was less than a year old. I was told they fixed it. When checking my credit card I found I was charged for the repair. Really, the lock was not functioning. I even wrote a email to Andy Heck and got no response.
I have purchased 5 rv’s from Alpin Haus. I do not consider this acceptable.
