During a recent visit to Alpin Haus, my wife and I explored their selection of new boats. The staff promptly assisted us and attentively listened to our preferences and concerns, guiding us towards suitable options. Lyndsay skillfully facilitated a comparison between two boats we were considering, thoroughly outlining their respective advantages and disadvantages. This insightful analysis ultimately led to our acquisition of a new Chaparral 23 SSI. Additionally, the staff assisted us in securing a more favorable boat insurance rate during the purchase. The transaction process was efficient and straightforward. We further opted to utilize Alpin Haus' off-season boat storage service at a highly competitive rate, encompassing maintenance, inspection, winterization, and storage. We are extremely satisfied with our acquisition and the outstanding service provided by Alpin Haus.

They were excellent at explaining what had to be done and estimated the cost and how long it would take and it ended up to as projected. I would highly recommend your service department because of the friendly professionalism your staff showed me. While I don't know for sure, until we get a hard rain storm, if the leak problem was fixed in my roof I have confidence in their workmanship.

Alpin Haus offers the very best in RV selection, service and affordability. Since our purchase of a 22MLE XL two years ago, we remain convinced that Alpin Haus was the right choice. The few service-related issues regarding our travel trailer were corrected expeditiously. We will return to Alpin Haus for our next RV in a few years.
Clean facilities, extensive inventory, responsive sales staff.
As of today, the issue I had with the service department with Alpin Haus has been taken care of the service manager Matthew & I had some issues with, and invoice and communication were all resolved.
