The service is friendly and quick. There are a wide range of Rv’s to pick from.
All the employees seemed very happy to be there and were incredibly nice! We were greeted with smiles and congratulations on the purchase of our camper from front desk to sales to financing and service along with a few more who happened to be walking by! They were honest, informative, flexible and there was no pressure.
Work has been done to higher level than I have experienced at several other companies with the various RVs I've owned.
The past 2 repairs have been extensive. On both occasions the work completed was as "if it never happened". Solid sealing of seams and perfectly matched paint.
Don't hesitate to get repairs done here!
Pool was opened but not drained below the skim line so it ran this week for no reason. Water feature not running. not touched. Pool dirty. no cleaned either. so really was not a very good opening experience.
There is zero communication or follow through from service department after emails or calls requesting status update.

The team was very professional. The communication was excellent. I did not feel any pressure in the purchase of our new 5th wheel. Really appreciate the friendly atmosphere and patience, while we worked through making our final decision.

I Love my Grand Design 27G Toy Hauler. Nick in service had Jeff work on my camper . Jeff is a great tech!

This facility has stood behind their quest for keeping their customers satisfied through 3 management changes, and a buy/sell agreement. Our trailer has exactly what we need and took us a couple of years to locate the RV. To this end we did not accept Alpine Haus trade assist offer. In leu of trade assist 2 managers ago, agreed to a thorough examination of our RV at no cost to us. We would pay for the seasonal shut down and get ready costs. Any other repairs other than wear and tear 9wear of the non door slide bulb seal we paid in full) would be submitted to the extended warranty company. (brake lining replacement has been covered). Additional repairs would be split 50/50. Because of this follow through we are willing and happy to recommend Alpine Haus to anyone and write a testimonial for your use.

They didn’t try to charge me as much money as they can I went in there thinking my problem was expensive and instead of fixing what I thought the problem was they looked into it and found the real problem and saved me a ton of money very appreciative for that
We picked up our camper this afternoon. Greg Melita and Scott from Renogy were absolutely amazing in helping us understand how our solar energy works. Kudos to them for their patience and understanding. Job well done!

Steve was an absolute amazing customer rep. Speaking freely I have had my issues with Alpin Haus staff over the years. Steve absolutely was a treat. And I felt welcomed, taken care of and kept in the know how. He helped me with scheduling and circumventing some family issues. Thank you so much Steve!

charged me 117.00 to check the air in 4 tires while camper was in for recall. I did ask them to check the air but I did not think there would be any charge as I purchased the camper from them.
