Unlike most other dealers, Alpin Haus provides follow up service and support to its customers.
The crew at Alpin Haus in Saratoga is very helpful and friendly. I never feel like they are doing a hard sell. They provide the information and allow us to make a decision. We are very happy.
I have called 3 times to request the receipt from my recent service to submit for my forever warranty. Left 2 voicemails without return calls, called again today and still didn’t get it.

Rob the shop foreman is great! Every experience I’ve had with him has been great. Super knowledgeable and willing to share. He’s a gem.
Had an appointment tech was ready on scheduled time, found another issue and promptly resolved it. Parts were available on site a little expensive but what isn't today
Not the best at communication about what is covered under warranty and what is not for their services, but would recommend vs other facilities I have been to in the past.

Everyone is welcoming as soon as you enter the building! My service advisor, Russell went over the work order line by line to assure that all the service was completed to my satisfaction.
The lot porter, Justin even assisted me hooking up my RV to make sure I traveled safely.

Knowledgeable & professional
Everyone at Alpin Haus is very easy to work with, plus they are willing to help with whatever issue you’re having with your pool, etc. If you need an explanation on one of the chemicals you
need or even help getting it into your pool - they will make it happen. I feel very comfortable and confident when I walk in the front door that they can resolve my issue.
Everyone is extremely professional, they deliver what they promise, and they have a great reputation!
In spite of making an appointment the camper was not ready for pick up on the requested day.
Also had to wait a half an hour in the pick up area after checking out for the porter to deliver
The entire staff were united in their genuine desire to make my purchase a success and they were credibly happy for me.

The service and staff could not have been better. The camper is beautiful but Scott, Anthony and Jim were A+.
This service and warranty experience is just as disappointing as last year’s stabilizing jack issue. Last year our motorhome spent about 6 weeks at the service shop while the warranty and parts fiasco happened. We had to pick up and drop off the motorhome three times and used it the entire season without the jacks. This year we waited 5 weeks to drop it off for a broken AC unit. We dropped it off 14 September and here we are on 18 October and nothing has been fixed or even authorized from what I can tell. We want to use the motorhome this weekend so we will have to pick it up and drop it off after we use it and hope it gets fixed before we use it again in November. I payed $8,000 for the warranty and the AC is definitely something that it covers. I think the service reps need to be more aggressive and persistent with the warranty company so this doesn’t happen again. Last year one of the owners called me and said this should not happen again and to call him if it did.

Offering me less than half the price I paid for a camper that came back to you in better shape than when I bought it from you a year ago is terrible.
