I made an appointment well in advance to winterize my motorhome as well as have the oil changed in the generator and the engine. When I arrived to go over the details of what needed to be done. The lady at the counter, Michaela, was short to tell me that she didn’t have an oil change scheduled and that they were too busy?!? Zero attempt to correct Alpin Haus’ error! I am 100% positive I scheduled it when I made the appointment to winterize as I do it every year. Now I’m completely put out of my way to get it done……Is this good customer service?!? Absolutely not!!!
We made an appointment for Friday we forgot out boat key but returned with it 45 minutes later this was 12:00 they never worked on it until Monday I wasn't happy about the way we hot pushed back for service. We purchased the T-16 brand new paid cash for it. Our second time out it died we had to be towed in. Went back to alpin house was told nothing was covered but they would look at it we won't be returning and definitely won't recommend alpine house!!

The financial dept went and got us a lower rate than we had got on our own was very happy with the outcome
When we got home the shelf over the bed (that supposedly was repaired) had small staples pulled out. The refrigerator door was fixed but it took a while to convince the service dept to fix it. We had it winterized and the small repairs done and waited in the lobby from 8 am until after 11:30. Overall the service Manager was not very friendly. Wish I could be more satisfied. Treated like VIP's when we bought the camper from you. Expected better treatment from your Service Dept.

Was disappointed with service. Needed repairs under warranty and feel like these could have been handled in a more timely manner. Also feel that there could have been better communication regarding the issues.

Bought my camper and brought it home 5 September. Took it camping every weekend since and everytime the bathroom smelled of sewage and there was waste water on the floor coming from the toilet. Three trips to the service department and apparently about 560 dollars later they state nothing is wrong despite videos i have showing the issue and multiple photos sent to the service advisor. So it is not covered under warranty. And 408 of that was taken from my account without so much as a call and it caused the account to overdraft. The third trip they insisted they come pick it up from my home as they did not want me to have to come all the way out there again. If that delivery is a part of that bill I am going to go nuts.

It was such a delightful experience, dealing with everybody. Our salesman, Asa did a tremendous job finding the right camper for us when we first met Asa I told him what I was looking for, and my husband had suggestions on the camper that we were looking for. We told Asa we were going away for a camping trip that he could call us if he found something and he did. He described the camper and it sounded like the perfect fit for us. We even cut our camping trip short to come home, which we did not mind we made an appointment with Aza and sure enough it was the camper which we purchased. Everyone was extremely helpful making the purchase even Keith, Todd, the financial manager and John, who did the walk-through and the mechanic who set up the hitch on our truck to the camper everybody what a wonderful experience we had we highly recommend Alpin Haus.
