The service team is very friendly and accommodating! I took my boat to another marina last fall for storage and winterization that was closer to where I dock it, but the service did not compare with the service I receive at Alpin Haus. Needless to say, I am back and appreciate that there are no hidden costs, the service team is easily reached by phone, and I get honest and upfront pricing. Thank you!
We were on a tight time frame and Dave kept us in the loop the whole time the repair was being done and got us back on the road Thank you to you and your team
Fast and convenient
Nothing to improve really. Service shop took care of my Travel Trailer issues, the Parts and accessory shop is one of the largest I have seen with fair pricing. I would go higher but I have no experience with the sales staff at Amsterdam as I purchased at the Saratoga Springs location, and they were wonderful

I rated a 9 as likely to refer someone, which I have done. Unfortunately, the last person I referred has had nothing but trouble with Alpin Haus. This includes numerous problems with both the Class C RV and interactions with the service dept. My experience has been great, but I would be hesitant to refer another person again.
They are very professional and will pretty much go to any extent to satisfy their customers specifically the director of operations Greg Milito but not just him, his whole team goes the extra mile to make sure that you, the customer is satisfied with your experience!
Poor workmanship resulting in errors and damage to my new Ski-Doo when installing accessories, which I asked to be left boxed so I could install them myself. The sales experience was very good with great support by Josh. When I called to discuss the poor workmanship, I felt the effort to remedy the situation was not satisfactory.
Great management and sales staff, helped me every step of the way on my purchase. Highly recommend.
