Bought my boat there in 2021. Always had it serviced and stored there over the winter. This spring I picked up my boat in the spring. First use for the year we took it to the boat launch for a nice Memorial Day weekend at Sacandaga Lake. At the launch we discovered the engine wouldnāt start. Upon further investigation we found the battery terminals were still disconnected. The boat was never prepped when Alpin Haus removed the shrink wrap. Ruined the weekend. Had to drive 45 minutes each way to complete the spring prep that was paid for but never completed. Confidence in Alpin Haus is a little low.

Two years in a row now the swim platform with custom Sea Deck was covered in grease, oil, and antifreeze. Pretty sloppy workmanship and not very appreciated by someone who takes care of their boat.
The service is great they make you feel like a friend.
I always have a good experience when visiting or calling Alpin Haus. The associates are
very helpful whether you are experiencing a problem or purchasing a product. They are
always cheerful. One does not find that helpfulness in to many establishments so it is
refreshing. Iāve purchased pool chemicals, furniture and umbrellas; also Iāve had strapping replaced on pool furniture - always happy.

I made appointment to do a warranty repair, and delivered my RV to the shop after Coachmen approved the repair. Alpinhaus got the parts and then refused to do the repair because it would be āto difficultā and the entire LP system would need to be reconfigured, which was completely wrong! In addition I reported a non functioning motion sensor light shortly after bringing the RV home in August 2023 and made arrangements to have it replaced in April 2024. After having the unit at the shop twice it was still not fixed. The light was finally mailed to me so I can replace it muself.
I'm in the equipment sales/finance industry and hold very high standards from inception to closing of any deal. I must say this team demonstrated a high level of professionalism coupled with a streamlined and stress-free process. First, I tried to give a score of "10" from the email thread, but is giving a "7" and I cannot change it.
We have worked with Alpin Haus for years and have purchased two boats from them in the past 15 years. They have always done a excellent job with service and any work that needed to be completed. I just worked with Kevin with winterizing our boat and there was a charge that was not supposed to be on the Invoice. Kevin handled it perfectly, took care of hte credit, and why we will continue to come back for our service and purchase of another boat in the future.

Everyone is very helpful and nice. Brian and Kevin are right on the ball, with knowledge of all aspects of the service needs of the customer.
Staff was outstanding, Alex , Mike, Chris , Kyle and Anna were more than helpful especially since my purchase was during a rough life change that I am going thru, they couldn't have been more helpful and patient during my purchase. Would 150 percent recommend Aplin Haus Oak Ridge sales and service.

I would like to comment on a couple of points:
1- When something is resolved - a short explanation of what was done to resolve would be helpful - especially if this issue is something that could re-occur, due to wear/tear, etc.
2- when working in a vehicle - leaving the vehicle as it was found is common courtesy. This includes dirty/muddy footprints on the floor - should be cleaned as best as possible. Screws from mounting/housings - should be completely screwed in.

Extremely up front, honest, and professional. It was a quick and easy process with no gimmicks. And they loved our Rottweiler Hickory.
Took travel trailer in for warranty work on the waste water system. Was told it was corrected so we drove back out to bring it home. Upon arriving home the odor persisted in the bathroom and there was waste water on the floor. Now we have to bring it back in again.
