It was stated up front what the base estimate charge is and then was told it was mote. The reason given was they would do the lesser amount if they performed the repair work.
The dealer needs to be upfront and transparent with the fees and not play the game of whether or not they will be doing the work or not.
Everyone is always so professional. Always helpful
The service I received from Jim and his assistant was excellent. When others have closed or opened my they leave things pending and I have to call for them to complete the job. This NEVER happens with Jim. He is truly a pleasure to work with.
On our way to Maine from Ohio our 12V electric would not work. This was the best repair experience. Jennifer D had us an appointment by 11. Kris found the problem of a loose wire, fixed and had us on the road by 1. This is such a friendly, experienced beautiful facility. I would highly recommend. We are always pleased with the work that is performed on our 5th wheel. It is done right the first time almost every time. The staff is friendly and they all conduct themselves with a professional demeanor.

As a long customer of Alpin Haus I recently felt like I was treated as a new customer unaware of the ability of Alpin Haus to negotiate a fair price on an expensive trade in which was an Alpin Haus purchase. I did extensive research on the value of my trade in and asked for an average trade in price with no deduction in price on the 2024 items that I wanted to trade for. I was told that my average price trade in was not realistic in light of the Alpin Haus' overhead.
To make things right I ask that you accept my average J.D. Price.
