I’ve dealt with other companies in the past for RV services.
In my opinion, it all starts with a person who helps you first on the phone. Not only was she professional but also very friendly and helpful!

The service is prompt and friendly. The products that they have available are great quality. They address things that must be addressed and are transparent about their process. My wife and I have been very happy with our experience this far and don't anticipate any different. There's a reason why Alpin Haus has been around as long as it has. We are new to the world of camping and we can't imagine a better introduction.

Couldn't be happier with the service department . Yearly service and inspection went very smooth as always. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman and manufacturer representative at the Saratoga show were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
We had warranty repairs that needed to be done on our 2024 Forest Hills, Forester Class C. When all parts came in they were promptly installed. We give a BIG Thanks to Jennifer for coordinating these repairs.

I just had roof sealed and now on road in Florida with leaks. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
AH called telling me my camper was ready for pick up. I drove three hours to go pick it up . To find out after I go in to look to see if all items where completed and fixed nope not all items where completed and addressed Sone where . I was told they were what is frustrating I don’t live around the corner And unfortunately it’s not the first time I had problems with being told items were completed and they were not.
Again very disappointed in the way with the service you have a list and it was a long list of a lot of little things and all of it was not completed . You had two months to complete the job and we where waiting on one part which I’m assuming was the delay
But I don’t understand why all the other things were not done.

The Service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Knowledgeable in what I needed to fix my 2022 Avenger Trailer, the process and steps I needed to take, the time estimate, everything about what needed to happen. They made me feel at ease and confident in getting the trailer fixed.
There is a wide selection of RVs to choose from. The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Sales and service departments are very helpful.
