Everybody was real helpful tried to be as convenient as possible and move the whole process quickly so we could finish our purchase.
I dropped my unit off for a 10am appointment and it was moved from the lot to the service area by 10:05am. I asked that the unit be winterized and a few warranty items completed. Not only was the worked completed but a detailed report was provided that stated exactly what was done with each item.
