Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. When I ask a question if one of the guys is not sure he finds someone who dies know.
Inconsistent information from the service department .
You never return a phone call or bother to call to let me know my camper is ready. I can only assume it’s ready because you charged my bank account the fee. And I’ve been waiting on a part or answer to a repair sense before summer
everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about there job. Charles is a great salesmen and caring for the costermers kids and grand kids. one of our grand children took a little fall and he was concerned and made the kids day by giving them a little bear. and the counter lady grabbed an ice pack. you workers are very caring. so on that note one other company was cheaper on the price for same fifth wheel , but I punched from your company. Recently, my RV developed a storage tank leak right before I was ready to head out on a trip. I called service advisor Dave B. and he was able to get the vehicle in the shop where he and the technicians quickly addressed the problem. Thanks to the team effort I was able to leave on schedule as planned.

Customer service goes above and beyond.
phone calls are not answered! Call. Phone rings (service), and rings. And rings, and rings. I've witnessed this firsthand at the service counter while waiting for service help. Very poor customer service!
Took care of a warranty problem the manufacture wouldnt
Love or New 2022 Tiffin Open Road! We just completed our third season and had these guys just winterized it for us. It's always a pleasure to go there, thank you, Dave, Billy, Eric,Jake and everyone Else who works there for all your hard work and Kindness.
I love my new season, and the service dept. has been has been great !

The service team is very friendly and accommodating! I took my boat to another marina last fall for storage and winterization that was closer to where I dock it, but the service did not compare with the service I receive at Alpin Haus. Needless to say, I am back and appreciate that there are no hidden costs, the service team is easily reached by phone, and I get honest and upfront pricing. Thank you!

Fast and convenient
Nothing to improve really. Service shop took care of my Travel Trailer issues, the Parts and accessory shop is one of the largest I have seen with fair pricing. I would go higher but I have no experience with the sales staff at Amsterdam as I purchased at the Saratoga Springs location, and they were wonderful
