While in the shop we also elected to have some significant maintenance ( repacking wheel bearings) completed. We arrived a few minutes early but the service staff handled everything. Greg, our sales associate, listened to everything we wanted in a camper, and he delivered! He showed us three different options, and took the time to explain the features of each camper. But our heart was set on the very first one he brought us to. He walked us through the steps of purchase, and gave us 24 hour access to him via his personal cell number. We could not have been happier with the outcome!

I was messy and looked like I had no business in buying a boat. I was approached immediately and had a great conversation with my sales associate. good job!! do. ot judge a book by its cover. I ended up buying a boat and have had great communication thus far. looking forward to years of service and relationships.

Well, first off you can't do anything to make it right.
NICK, our salesperson was great. however when fifth. wheel was delivered to our home the cabinet door in kitchen was suppose to be strapped down and it was not. during transport damage was done to the outside of door. CALLED immediately to report incident of damaged door. also the fan shroud was cracked and I reported that also. one of the tire monitoring tire pressure did not work. this was also reported. told us we had to now bring the trailer back to them and they would take care of all of the problems. I was told that fifth wheel was ready to pick it up. pulled in the yard and notice that there was damage done to the front of the brans new fifth wheel. Someone in the yard hit it while it was parked and no-one ever called to notify us about the incident . it was hit and it was cracked it had to go to a body shop. we just had the protective coating put on unit. we where informed that the body shop would reseal it where the damage was done. not even sure if that was completed. went to pick up unit from Alpin Haus the second time and returned home at which time we put slides out went into the unit and Cabinet door was still damaged and fan shroud was still cracked and the tire pressure gauge was not replaced.. mind you the unit was there for 2 weeks plus. it was getting close for us to leave NY as we where moving. we made so many phone calls about the repairs that at that point we could wait no longer . repairs where never taken care of. Every time we called there was an excuse or no one ever answered or returned our calls. it was a nightmare. they finally mailed us a tire gauge to us when we moved. after all the phone calls they said they would finally replace the door, but it was too late because we had moved, We bought the top of the line luxury fifth wheel , our first ever. We were so disappointed in the overall service of ALPIN HAUS. Buyer beware. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Unfortunately, the RV we just purchased in the fall, and took out once, needed two new batteries.
I am disappointed that such a quality service department did not adequately inspect the batteries prior to the sale. We were told batteries needed to be replaced every 3-5 years so it seems like that should have been inspected.
