I was there for an additional walk through. I was widowed recently and my husband did all of the outside set up when we traveled. I requested an additional orientation so that I could honor him and continue using the RV. The staff at the service office, especially Taylor, were kind and worked me in even though they were booked.John D met with me and was outgoing, kind and patient! He went over everything and answered questions patiently and made sure that I understood. I can’t say enough about this experience. He gave me information that I didn’t even know about! I can’t say enough good things about this Alpin Haus in Orange County and words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this place.
Everyone at Alpin House was very helpful and helped me get a new camper! I would highly recommend family and friends to go there if they are looking to buy a new camper!

It has always been very easy to schedule service when needed. We then get a call explaining what the issue was and what repairs were done. Our repairs are done onsight which is fantastic!
I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. You double charged me and I am still waiting for the refund. I have called numerous times and have not had any call back. On my final bill, what you quoted me is double on my final bill.
We had a part replaced on our pool filter. The part cost $199 and the job was completed within 20 minutes. I was charged $250 for labor! Total bill was $485.
Have had multiple issues with the service dept, keep taking my money and not fixing anything

I honestly do not think my hot water tank was bad. I know i winterized the rv correctly. The tank did not leak until the tech went to de winterize my rv. And being charged over $200 to turn on a breaker.

Quality work and very professional
Every person working there has been very patient, kind friendly, and understanding.
We brought our trailer to the orange county Alpin Haus for repairs. We told them we had an extended warranty and gave them the info regarding same as requested. They acted as if it would be covered, never telling us diagnostics were not covered! When we picked it up, we were handed a bill for $58 and change. The next day, we were charged an additional $367. When i called, they said we signed the authorization when we dropped it off. We explained that we were never told the warranty wouldn't cover this and they are saying they knew this when we picked it up.
Funny thing is when i asked them what the name of our warranty company was, they had no idea, even though "they called and it wasn't covered". They are very unprofessional. Also, I had to call 5 times to get someone to talk to me!!
Finally, a corporate rep called and was nit concerned at all with us being blindsided by charges instead of having them explained to us. He asked me do I want him to look into it? Really, I was floored he would need me to ask for him to address it.
