Recently, my RV developed a storage tank leak right before I was ready to head out on a trip. I called service advisor Dave B. and he was able to get the vehicle in the shop where he and the technicians quickly addressed the problem. The service team is very friendly and accommodating! I took my boat to another marina last fall for storage and winterization that was closer to where I dock it, but the service did not compare with the service I receive at Alpin Haus. Needless to say, I am back and appreciate that there are no hidden costs, the service team is easily reached by phone, and I get honest and upfront pricing. Thank you!

I rated a 9 as likely to refer someone, which I have done. Unfortunately, the last person I referred has had nothing but trouble with Alpin Haus. This includes numerous problems with both the Class C RV and interactions with the service dept. My experience has been great, but I would be hesitant to refer another person again.
They are very professional and will pretty much go to any extent to satisfy their customers specifically the director of operations Greg Milito but not just him, his whole team goes the extra mile to make sure that you, the customer is satisfied with your experience!
