The service I received from Jim and his assistant was excellent. When others have closed or opened my they leave things pending and I have to call for them to complete the job. This NEVER happens with Jim. He is truly a pleasure to work with.
On our way to Maine from Ohio our 12V electric would not work. This was the best repair experience. Jennifer D had us an appointment by 11. Kris found the problem of a loose wire, fixed and had us on the road by 1. This is such a friendly, experienced beautiful facility. I would highly recommend. Theresa and the service techs were extremely helpful. They resolved all the problems and told me how to fix the only remaining problem the black tank knife valve, thanks Mike (?) for the help here.
