The team at Alpin Haus was wonderful! We came in as a result of a personal emergency to look for a temporary housing solution following a house fire, and Mark House immediately got to work finding us a suitable solution! He worked with his team to make sure that we found something right way. The process was seamless and when we found what we needed, the application process was super easy to follow and hassle-free! I am thankful for Keith as well, who helped us with the process of financing and insuring everything. It’s the service! Service advisor Randy Robb listens to and understands the service requirements and service expectations for our motor home. As a result of his excellent communication skills I am kept informed of progress and advised of any issue. Again, the line of effective communication to the service technicians is evident based upon their recorded observations and subsequent repairs.
